Wonderful location! Close to all the action but very quiet once in the apartment. Great restaurants all around and vaporetto stop around the corner.

3 days in Venice

Great location and it was pretty easy to find. Met at the property by the owner. So nice to have a “home” while we were in Venice. Close to the Ca’ d’Oro vaporetto stop. Lots of cafes and bakeries. Just terrific!!

Well located apartment

Clean property in a great location. Good communication with the host. One item to note: the shower leaked out onto the floor either due to the shower curtain or a caulking seal. The host may want to look into it.

Great location in Vence

This is a well-appointed apartment in the heart of Cannareggio. It's very near all the action, including the Vaporetto and the airport waterbus stop, it's on a small street. That makes it very quiet. Communication with Silvia was easy and she responded right away to any questions that I had. Thank you, Silivia!

Happy to have found Silvia's place!

A nice apartment tucked in a quiet alleyway in Canarregio. I will not forget how Silvia was very patient and helpful despite us losing our way and being late! It was a quick to the train station, a bit long to St Mark's Square, but walking through Venice is the best! Admittedly, we had booked her place specifically for the 3 beds listed, but there were only 2 - one platform-y and one futon-y. In the end, we were too tired for it to matter and would book here again. Her manual of suggestions and instructions was fabulous! Thank you, Silvia, for making your apartment available to us!

Super Lage

Perfekter Ausgangsort für Spaziergänge durch alle Sestieri, gute Anbindung an die Fähren und den Bahnhof Santa Lucia, gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitengasse direkt an der zentralen Shopping- und Gastronomie-Meile von Cannaregio. Absolut empfehlenswert, gerne wieder!

Venice at the end of carnival in Cannaregio.

The apartment in Cannaregio is in a wonderful area of Venice. Silvia and her husband gave us perfect contact at all times before and during our visit. The apartment is really well equipped for cooking, washing, shopping and transport to all of Venice. It is a little gem in a great location. We had a wonderful time. Thank you to Silvia and we hope to return.

Great apartment away from the crowds!

Apartment was great! We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and had everything we needed. The mattress was a little firm to our liking, so we found the 2 comforters and laid them on the mattress and slept well. Washing machine was great, as we were traveling for a month and having clean clothes was extra nice. Overall, a great place if you want to stay in a place and live like a Venetian!

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für einen wunderbaren Urlaub

Uns hat es in der geräumigen, sehr sauberen und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr gefallen. Besonders hilfreich, dass Basiszutaten zum Kochen vorhanden waren. Obwohl die Calle, in der die Ferienwohnung liegt, von einer Hauptstrecke für ankommende Touristen zum Markusplatz abgeht, ist die Wohnung ein Ort der Ruhe. Da wir mit dem Zug angekommen sind, war die kurze Laufzeit von 7 Minuten zum Bahnhof perfekt, aber auch zu zwei unterschiedlichen Vaporettostationen sind es jeweils nur ein paar Minuten. Sehr zu empfehlen: ein gut sortierter Supermarkt in einem ehemaligen wunderschönen Kino und eine Bäckerei mit vielen Leckereien auf dem Weg zur Haltestelle "Guiglie". Frau Signoretto hat immer auf alle Fragen sehr rasch geantwortet. Wir waren zehn Tage in Venedig und hoffen, dass es nicht das letzte Mal gewesen ist.

Excellent appartement calme et très bien situé (commerce et transport)

Bonjour, Le séjour était vraiment très agréable. Chambre très calme. Cuisine bien équipée. Le lit est tellement bon que mon mal au dos récurrent a presque disparu. En plus il y a des petites voitures italiennes pour les enfants. Cordialement.

Ne regrette pas mon choix

Logement conforme à mes attentes. Logement calme à 100 m d’une artère très passantes. Logement proche de 2 stations de vaporetto. Petit centre commercial dans un théâtre municipale que nous avons découvert 2 jours après et pourtant nous sommes passé plusieurs fois devant sans soupçonner un commerce « despar ». Si je dois retourner c’est cet appartement que je reprendrais.

Appartement idéalement situé sur Cannaregio

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour (le troisième à Venise) d'une semaine, deux adultes et un enfant, dans cet appartement très bien équipé, propre et très au calme dans une petite rue pourtant à deux pas de San Léonardo et son marché aux fruits. Vaporetto à 200 mètres. Accueil aimable et attentionné du début de la réservation jusqu'à la fin. Parfait. A recommander sans modération. Grazie Mille à Silvia et à Loredana... Christian G.

Calme, bien équipé et bien situé...

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans l’appartement. Super situation à proximité de tout mais néanmoins au calme. Le descriptif est respecté et avec un très bon équipement (sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, etc etc). Les deux petits bémols : le côté sombre de l’appartement (mais à Venise on ne vient pas pour rester enfermés) et le gros manque de WIFI qui facilite la vie quand on est touriste...mais sinon super. Je recommande vivement

Super séjour !

Appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé dans un quartier commerçant et très animé. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'appartement situé dans une petite rue à l'écart des commerce.Les explications données par la propriétaire étaient complètes et précises, nous avons trouvé sans difficultés. Merci pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité à Loredana qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée. Un seul bémol : l'absence de wi-fi, sur un séjour de 8 jours, c'est un peu génant... En conclusion très bon séjour ! Venise est magnifique !!! Nous reviendrons....

Ideale Stadtwohnung

Diese Unterkunft liegt in einer Seitengasse und ist angenehm ruhig. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen , auch die Anlegestelle vom "Wasserbus" liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. (Tagesticket kaufen!) Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nur eine "richtige" Kaffeemaschine und Eierbecher haben wir vermisst. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos, weiterer Kontakt war immer per Handy oder E-Mail möglich. Wir haben unser Auto im Parkhaus San Marco abgestellt. Das ist zwar mit 32€ pro Tag recht teuer, aber zur Wohnung sehr günstig gelegen. Wir bedanken uns nochmals bei unserer Gastgeberin und freuen uns auf ein Wiederkommen! Familie Ullrich

The apartment met all our expectations. Silvia was prompt to help as through the booking/ payment process and was very professional in the handling of the contract. She provided all the information we needed for a smooth arrival. The apartment is exactly as described. Very comfortable bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is a perfect balance of proximity to every point of interest and yet peaceful. Loredana was punctual and very kind both at arrival and departure. Cet appartement est très agréable, calme, propre et bien équipé. Son accès est très facile depuis la gare, il y a une station de vaporetto est à quelques pas et une supérette (installée dans un théâtre...) à 100 m. Les propriétaires et Loredana sont très sympathiques, disponibles et attentifs. Cet appartement nous a permis de découvrir Venise dans de très bonnes conditions, en résumé nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Perfetto!

Appartamento confortevole, pulito, fornito di tutto. La proprietaria e la signora che ci ha accolto sono estremamente gentili e disponibili. La posizione dell'alloggio è comoda per raggiungere qualunque punto di Venezia e isole vicine. Noi eravamo in quattro, due adulti e due ragazzi di 12 e 14 anni e siamo stati benissimo. Grazie per il bel soggiorno a Venezia.

Appartement propre et confortable

Appartement très bien équipé, propre et confortable. Quartier très sympathique, accessible très facilement à pied depuis la gare ou les bus. Dans une petite ruelle, au calme total. Pas de wifi, mais possible juste au café du coin. Très bonne adresse pour profiter pleinement de Venise!
