Fantastic Location and Responsive Host

We had a group of friends stay here for a long weekend and the house was wonderful! Very clean, plenty of space and beds and a short walk to downtown Seaside. They provided beach chairs and two bikes too. The Host was extremely responsive whenever we reached out and even found some items we left behind and sent them to us. Would recommend!

Family vacation

This property is perfect! The house accommodated 11 people comfortably. We had a very short walk to the beach and close to seaside. Definitely will rent this property again!!

Wonderful Stay!!!

This is a wonderful property and we cannot recommend it more highly! The property was immaculately clean upon arrival, superbly outfitted/appointed, and wonderfully comfortable in every aspect! It's not on-the-beach, but it's a very easy one block walk to a very nice stretch of sand/water. There's been very few places we've rented where we'd stay again...but this is one of them. Could not be more pleased and thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

Loved The Lollipop House

To celebrate my granddaughter's high school graduation, we stayed at Lollipop for a week. There were three generations for the week which included six teenage girls. To say we had THE BEST time would be an understatement. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen of any property I have rented. The outdoor spaces were fabulous. It is one short block to the public beach access and a short stroll away from all the fun at Seaside. I highly recommend this property. We will be back!!

Easy access to a close to perfect beach

The house was beautiful and really well equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and even with beach toys. We rented a golf cart and everything was an easy ride. The beach was a block and a half away, there are pretty steep stairs to consider, but beautiful, clean fine sand. Bicycles that were provided took you everywhere else including some pretty awesome walking/bike trails. We would definitely stay again.

The house was charming with a great layout for a large family and the location was perfect. The air condition broke on the 3rd day but maintenance was very responsive getting us a portable a/c unit for the evening and it was repaired promptly the next day. The only issue- and this is a big one- is that the beds were terribly uncomfortable, the mattresses and pillows were old and worn. Even the teenage boys- who can sleep anywhere- complained of being uncomfortable. This left the group, tired each day and affected the overall experience. For the first time, we were ready for our vacation to end so we could get home to rest. At 5,000 for 5 nights proper bedding should be a basic requirement, not a luxury. Unfortunately, we get 1 vacation each year and this one did not provide the rest and relaxation we work all year to enjoy.

Great house for families!

My family, 5 adults and 3 children, spent a delightful week in Lollipop. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and all that Seaside has to offer. The house was well equipped, spacious and with comfortable beds. We appreciated the use of the 2 bikes that the house provided. We hope to be back next year! Martha

We found the Lollypop house to fully meet our needs this trip. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. The bunk room was just right for the younger teen girls. The house also was the perfect distance to bike or walk to Seaside. Loved the porch!!!! Would definitely stay again!

Great house. Great location. This house has it all!

The Lollypop House was perfect for our family. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location. We stayed in the house with our adult children, family and friends. The house was spotless when we arrived and had several hangout spots for us to enjoy. We enjoyed morning coffee on the large front porch, happy hour in the perch among the trees, lazy afternoon time on the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked and we felt right at home cooking large family dinners after a long day at the beach. The public beach access is just a short 2-3 minute walk down the road. Seaside is also just a few blocks away and easily accessible by either walking or riding the two bikes provided with the home. The home has 4 bedrooms and plenty of comfortable of beds to accommodate a large group. The management company was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. When the propane tank on the grill ran out, a quick email was all it took to have it almost immediately replaced. We love the Lollypop House and hope to go back soon!

We LOVE the Lollypop House! The location is perfect.... close to Seaside but you have the "quiet" benefits of Seagrove. Perfect walk to the beach, even with a 2 & 4 year old! We spent so much time on both the front and side porch. We had another family staying with us and there was still plenty of room for everyone to have their own space to hang out or have quiet time. This is by far our favorite family vacation and we will be back next year! Many wonderful memories made at the Lollypop House!

The Lollypop house is extraordinary! It is legitimately seen as a home away from home. Creature comforts and amenities are present, and yet it is spacious, allowing for personal quiet time and reflection. We are a family of 10, including my father and one daughter-in-love and grandson who is one. It is very apparent that every age group was considered when planning for guests. The short walk to the beach is so nice, and "doable" for everyone. The two bikes that come with the property are just right for quick trips into Seaside. We would highly recommend investing in a stay at this beautiful offering. Sandpiper has been so genuine and kind as well. A definite must on the travel horizon! The set ups by the cleaning service were also very pretty and appreciated. Many thanks and much appreciation to the Grant family for generously sharing the Lollypop house! 💗

THE PERFECT HOUSE

We have been going to this area of 30A for 15 years. We go about 5 times a year. This last trip was our 1st time staying in Lollypop. This would be my go to house every time!!!! The layout is perfect and its very kid friendly. It has a large screened porch that was nice for the kids. Super close to the beach. Also, the staff at Sandpiper was very helpful and responded immediately to my last minute booking (we arrived the next day). I would highly recommend Lollypop!!!!

Perfect Getaway-Highly Recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at the Lollypop house! We stayed there with another family and had plenty of room for all. Everything was so comfortable, quiet, and accomodating. With just a short walk to the beach, we were in awe of the crystal clear water and pure white sugar sand. Our familes had a blast! Cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful and spacious beach home. Ideal in every way.
