Feel transformed as soon as you arrive at Avenida la Antigua Flats. Moving first through an open iron gate, then into the serene shared courtyard, and finally, through the deep-set door to the flat, Guests will feel at home with each step inside the flat.
Large windows welcome soft light and the fresh ocean air, inviting the tranquility of the natural surroundings into the home. The peace of this gorgeous beach town envelopes guests as soon as they step out onto the balcony, set back amongst the trees with views of lush, green foliage, the town, and open sky.
Life is simple here. A private kitchenette with a full stove and oven and a small lounge area are all the necessities needed for a restful stay.
Avenida la Antigua Flats building is surrounded on both sides by two car-free plazas, Plaza Lucía and Plaza Escondida. It has two shared spaces, a pergola on the top floor with open views to the ocean, mountains, and town, and also a charcoal grilling and outdoor lounging area.

The Beach Club is a private entity, not managed by Las Catalinas Doorway, and access is subject to availability with advance reservations required.
Mandatory Experience Fee:
A mandatory nightly USD 40 fee per bedroom, already included in the rate, enhances your stay with resort-style amenities and curated community experiences, including complimentary access to tennis and pickleball courts, gym access, daily wellness classes, valet parking, trail access, in-town transportation, weekly activities, and gratuities.
