Very nice aparrtment with lovely terrace and good internet

We were very pleased with our stay. We had a gorgeous view (9th floor, with elevator) it was nicely furnished and had everything one would want. Perfect location. Lots of places were easily reached within short walks. Two good supermarkets are within two minutes walk. All in all a very pleasant stay. We would return any time again.

Small 1BR with beautiful views

Pros: -The best thing this apartment has going for it is its terrace. The views of the city are magnificent. -The neighborhood is also very lovely—quiet and has everything you need (groceries, pharmacies, cafes, etc.) -It’s about an 8 min walk from two different stops on the metro and walking distance to the Sagrada Familia. -It was nice having a washing machine with a big drying rack. Cons: -The AC is located in the living room but there isn’t an additional one in the bedroom. While it works well to cool off the living room, the cool air doesn’t reach the bedroom. We visited in July and the bedroom was uncomfortably hot. We did reach out to the host and he brought us a fan, but it wasn’t enough to make it comfortable. If you are visiting during a cooler month, I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue. -The bed is very hard. If you prefer firm beds, then maybe this would be great for you! -The floors were a bit dirty when we arrived—I ended up sweeping a bunch. That wasn’t fun. Also, be aware that the bathroom doesn’t come stocked with much. The hand soap was almost empty and there were only a couple rolls of toilet paper. No shower stuff included, which isn’t expected for a rental apartment; just make sure you come prepared!

Sweet apartment in a great location

Very nice flat that is well suited for walking to many key tourist sites and loads of restaurants. And added plus was a nice balcony.

No regrets!

This was a lovely place to stay for our week in Barcelona. It had everything we needed, was nice and clean, was a quiet neighborhood to sleep in, and was located nearby all the locations we wanted to see. Also loved the convenience of so many grocery stores close by.

appartement agréable très bien situé et bien équipé

appartement très agréable avec son grand balcon avec belles vues, bien équipé, très bien situé ( nous avons tout visité à pied) Propriétaire très à l'écoute et très aimable. Un grand merci aussi à Roger qui nous a accueilli et transmis toutes les informations en Français. Fantastic Flat in Barcelona

We stayed here for 5 nights. The location is very good. Train and bus station is less than 10 minutes away, Sagrada Familia is about a 10 minute walk. There are lots of great places to eat within a short walk. The balcony is great in the late evening to watch the sunset over Mt Tibidabo. Bed is comfortable. Will stay here again when we return to Barcelona!

My second stay.

I love the location of this apartment, being in a residential building there is no noise and it feels secure. The weather wasn't too kind this time, but I had a cosy duvet and heating, so I was fine.On sunny days the terrace is marvellous to relax on well into the evening as it gets the sun all day.Highly recommended.

10th floor, 15 min walk from Sagrada Familia. Excellent views. Light and spacious.

Apartment is very habitable, but sparsely furnished. Limited kitchen facilities, no English speaking TV. A clothes airer and more than 4 pegs for the small outdoor lines would be useful. Roger (who met us) is a delightful and informative chap. Daniel also very helpful. We were able to gain access before midday. Nearest metros 10 mins walk. Scant choice of fine dining within easy walk, but good selection of supermarkets, bakeries and greengrocers. Great view from the large balcony of Tibidabo one way and a bit of the Med in the distance the other way. Communal skips close to hand. Airport run by taxi ca 35€ / 25mins. Generally an excellent stay with the few provisos mentioned earlier. Review would have been a 4.5/5, but no decimal places available. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Beautiful Apartment with panoramic views of the city

From start to finish fantastic host. The apartment was as shown beautifully kept. The location is amazing 20mins by foot to all major attractions. Chilling in the evening on the roof top terrace magical . ❤️❤️
