It has a double bed in the master bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, spacious living room with a large sofa bed, chairs and tables support, TV with about 80 channels and air conditioning.
A bathroom and a dining room for 6 guests with a kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, coffee dolce taste, juicer and all utensils that are needed for a comfortable stay and feel like at home. Towels and sheets are provided game. It is located on the first floor without elevator.

There is easy communication with the beaches, and the Old Town with the Cathedral; in 5 minutes from the Turia River a beautiful place to walk, run, bike among many other activities.
