Best Location

This was by far one of the best places we have stayed in Havasu. It was a quick trip for us, but amazing. The location is on the water, walking distance from just about everything we like to do. Can't wait to go back. Thanks.

The worst host ever

The communication with the host was a nightmare, from the beginning till the end the A/C was barely working, it wroked 24/7 and the apartment was like a sauna, specially in this place th me a/c have to be the most important thing. We tried to contact the house immediately but he never answered, only on the last night he replied backif the a/c is good but of course it was too late. In general the unit was dusty and the smell also was pretty bad. Definitely will not come back

Great condo right on the water!

This condo was great. Right on the water. Panoramic views of the channel. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was great. The beach out front gets pretty busy. You have to claim a spot down there pretty early or you won’t get one. We will most likely be coming back to this place another time. It was an overall great weekend in Havasu.

Wonderful location and condo

This condo was right on the water, which was perfect for us for the weekend. I was a tad confused on what parking area/gate to enter and what building was ours on arrival, but we quickly figured that out. We walked the boardwalk every morning and sat on the beach every evening. We were also within walking distance of shops and food. We would most definitely stay in this condo again! We loved it!

It was a really nice place. Needs to have baking pans and good pot holders. The mattress pad that is there is worn-out., it sinks in where you lay. Other than that it was a great time

Awesome/Rad Condo

We stayed three nights(work kept us from staying longer). The room is clean and bright as advertised. The owner was exceptional at helping us out with anything we might have a problem with. He was prompt and polite and helpful. The location of the condo is hands down the best spot in all of Kingsview. From the bed, I could watch my kids splash around and fish in the channel. It is well within walking distance to a variety of shopping, eating and entertaining. It got up to 118° while we were there, and it was still a breeze to walk to the village. We will 1000% be visiting again when possible. I encourage everyone to deal with Dave Clark first, then move on to others at Kingsview. My entire family thanks him the much needed vacation.

Exceptional

The condo was perfect! We had a group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers! The condo was spacious! It was nice having bathrooms in both bedrooms! Everything you needed was there! We enjoyed the beach, the sunset cruise, the walk on the bridge, the fairy that took us to the casino! Everything was in walking distance yet is was far enough away that we didn’t hear the nightclubs! We loved sitting around watching the boats go in and out! The best part was it was downstairs and at lake view! We only had to drive one time and that was to the store! We will definitely be back! First time we ever went to Lake Havasu and we all fell in love with it! So much to do!

From start to finish Dave was amazing. Had a few questions and he responded quickly. If you think the pictures look nice just wait until you arrive. It's even better in person. Great location and steps from the water.

Beautiful condo and location

This was our first trip to Lake Havasu and we were spoiled with the location of this condo. The condo was very clean and very nicely decorated. It was just what we needed after a long day of fun in the sun! We will definitely book again.

Immaculate and beautiful

The owner is really nice and always responsive. The condo is well stocked with all the necessities and it is immaculately kept. We keep returning to this exact condo every year because we love it so much.

great havasu experience

check in details were clear no issues. location was prefect for access to the channel we were able to park jet skis and access the condo with out any issue. would definitely stay again
