We would've gladly assisted you with anything that you needed during your stay. We try really hard to do an inventory of all items between each guest, however that is very difficult to do sometimes. In the future, please give us a call so that we can have a chance to assist you with remedying any missing items or help to get you what you need. We do supply kitchen linens for each guest so they should've been on your kitchen counter with your start up of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent to help your stay get off to a good start. If those items were missing, we apologize sincerely for that and wish that you would've alerted us so that we could get those items to you. Johnnie, We are so sorry you had such an unpleasant experience in this beautiful cottage because of the parking issue. This summer has been very busy with so many guests on site and the association had to come up with a way to keep the parking under some sort of control. The parking pass situation is not making very many people happy but every complex has to have rules that guests must abide and adhere to. We hate that the parking situation made you so upset that you will never stay here again, just know this is something completely out of our and the owners control.
