Although you did not report any issues with your cabin stay until the night before you checked out, I requested information regarding your reported mold issue. If it had been a problem, anyone would have immediatly reported at check in Upon further investigation by the Cleaning Company and an independent general contractor, it appears that your family caused the mold issue by turning off the dehumidifier and not venting the steam from the shower. I had to pay extensive amounts of money for remediation. Although there was evidence that you caused the damage, I did not charge you for damages. I would appreciate you providing reviews that cover the entirety of the issue. Please do not ever return.

You have submitted this uncharacteristic review in retaliation of being held accountable for your disregard of the house rules. I requested from you, as I do with all guests, to be informed of any problems upon check in. None of these issues were reported. I addressed a problem with your disposal of trash at check-out; you did not follow the outlined procedures and I showed you picture evidence. Rather than working with me to resolve this problem, you threatened me with a bad review which you have follow through on. The vast majority of my guests reviews have been very positive. I have no doubt that my future guests will enjoy their stay as well.

These guests arrived at my home with the intent to invent reasons to get out of their rental commitment. They requested to cancel before they arrived and I was willing to permit them but informed them that they had to start the process through VRBO. This entire review if full of falsehoods. The only part that was slightly accurate was the fact that the state is conducting road construction for widening the road. Their portrait is greatly over exaggerated and not in my control. 4 wheel drive is required when there is snow, but not in July. My cabin is professional cleaned by High Country cleaners. The hot tub is serviced and maintained by Superior Spas. Just a few days prior to their arrival I had a professional photo shoot of the entire property. Fellow homeowners, I highly suggest you not rent to these people. Future guests, take these comments as the fabrications they are. My cabin is my refuge. I only rent it to assit me in affording the mortgage because I am a single mom still serving in the Army. People like these disgust me and make me want to stop sharing my place. But then I reflect on the multitudes of other families that have built wonderful memories and request to return year after year (like my current guests).

Your comments are unjustified and spiteful. Guests that stayed the weekend prior left a 5 star review on a different platform. The cabin is cleaned professionally by High Country Cleaners who also constantly receive 5 star reviews. I request that all guests contact me immediately if there are any issues so I can make any attempt to resolve the problem. You did not do this and instead left a scathing review. I sincerely hope that others see through your maliciousness and no other hosts have to bear your wrath.
