このコンドミニアムは、上から下、前から後ろに完全に改装されました！キッチン、リビングルーム、そして裏庭からの湾の素晴らしい景色！このプロパティは、ビーチ愛好家の夢です！

このプロパティはシーグローブビーチの真ん中にあり、キャンプクリークの西、シーニック30Aが提供しなければならない "すべての真ん中"です！もちろん、美しいビーチが一番の魅力ですが、Seagroveにはカヤック、パドル乗り場、エコスプラリングに最適な2つの沿岸砂丘湖（Eastern LakeとDeer Lake）があります。 Seagroveは、30Aの他の地域と同様に、地元のキャッチ、ブティック��専門ショッピングの場を紹介する多くの地元のレストランがあり、近くにはいくつかのゴルフコースがあり、フルサービスのPublix（食料品店）の便利さは、コミュニティが提供する緑豊かな緑。

This 1st floor unit has super easy access to beach, great bedding and shower. Property mgmt/host very responsive and made checkin process easy. Kitchen well stocked (utensils and pans need to be replaced). Would reserve again and recommend.

the beach during Covid 19

Home away from home except on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. A quiet place where we could hear the waves from our living room. One morning we woke up to a double rainbow right in front of our place and in the evenings, we walked the quiet beach. There were many things to do in the nearby area which were quaint, for example, Rosemary Beach area and so much more to explore the next time we come. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful condo!

Nice Stay!

Our air conditioner went out but was taken care of as quickly as possible. The only issue we had was the strength of the WiFi. I could not use the internet at all and my husband’s was weak. Overall, a very nice stay!

The inside was totally updated. The beach area was not to crowded. The only thing that would have made my trip better was if the water supply to the outside shower would have been working. Waking up to the Perfect View!

You have 30A and Panama City for shopping 🛒 and eating! After staying there on numerous trips October is hands down my favorite time of the year! The water is amazing clean and clear! Sea life is very visible on walks along the beach shore! Very cool place to relax and enjoy the beach and sunshine! 1 out of ten- a 10 plus!

The private beach in front is nice and not super busy versus other places we have stayed. THe condo is well stocked as well. I do feel like the cleaning crew needed to pay better attention to the condo such as dust bunnies and cobwebs in certain areas. But overall, I would rate this condo as FANTASTIC!!!

Location, location, location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would give this one bedroom condominium an overall rating of 9 out of 10. It is oceanfront. You literally walk out the door and down the walkway to the beach. We absolutely love the location!!! We have been coming to the area for about 30 years now and this is by far our favorite spot for two people. Only nine units total in the complex, so it is very quiet. We visited mid June this year, and the beach was not crowded at all. If I was being very picky, I would recommend some new pans, a cookie sheet and a new mattress. The management company Harmony was very attentive to our needs and very accommodating. Quick to answer questions. We will definitely be back!!

Reviewer Comments: Great location but floors were very dirty, lots of dead and live bugs sliding doors were hard to open and close,we couldn’t set outside because of ants on patio chairs in pictures have cheap covers on them now shower selector was loose and fell off could be a very nice place with some maintenance and cleaning I was very disappointing but the location the weather and water conditions were great so we didn’t spend much time inside

Reviewer Comments: Very cute small but clean condo - perfect size for one couple - pictures are very accurate - bottom floor you can see the water but cannot see the beach - and all other guests walk directly in front of your back door on their way to beach. Outdoor furniture not very comfy or as cute as inside , very few towels but has washer/dryer. Bed is just a double and sags. Internet and cell service poor ( but not necessarily a negative ) beautiful beach and area in close driving distance to variety of wonderful restaurants and boutiques. Rental company and owner very helpful and pleasant to deal with

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the condo and the beach access was incredible. We did not realize we needed to bring salt and pepper. There was no bath mat, no extra towels or garbage bags. I would have also like to have a beach view from the bedroom. Overall it was nice, there are things the owner(s) could improve on. The staff was wonderful! Our fridge stopped working while we were there and it was promptly repaired while we were at the beach! I would stay here again and recommend to a friend. We will just be more prepared for food items next time
