Home away from Home

Really cute place

We enjoyed our stay there. There were a couple of things that stood out—the parking area smelled like piss closest to the elevator. There was hair on the bed linen in the bed and on the towels in the bathroom; mold in the shower. Possibly a bit of bleach would’ve taken care of it. There was lots of sand in the dryer when we opened the door. Access to parking and the boardwalk was easy and convenient.

Great location

We enjoyed everything about our stay. This condo is within walking distance to everything! King size bed, pull out bed (couch) and a cot-chair (in the bedroom)

Week trip

My fiancé and I loved staying in the condo! It is right across from the beach and just a short walk to Johns Pass. The location was perfect and we tried many of the restaurants. Mad Fish Beach House next door is AMAZING! The ice cream in the area was very good too but way too expensive. The condo was also very clean and provided all the necessary kitchen dishes. As in other VRBO condos that we have stayed at, we were surprised that there weren’t any beach chairs or beach towels. We flew in from out of state and unfortunately weren’t able to bring these things with us. Also, the pool and hot tub were filled with many little kids all day long until 9pm+ each day. We did specifically book this condo for the pool and hot tub as we were unsure of what the weather would be like. The first two days were chilly! Unfortunately due to the kids in the water constantly, we didn’t get to use either. In the future, we will be staying at a larger place with a larger pool/hot tub area so that the kids won’t be crowded in one place.

Just as advertised

I’m one of those people that despises surprises! The unit was exactly as listed, very clean, great parking, almost all adults or families (no rowdies). I lived in Tampa for 25 years before moving to TN about 15 years ago, so, I knew I wanted to be near John’s Pass...perfect location! 2 minute walk to beach was a huge plus! Definitely recommend.
