The Watchman was the perfect place to stay! Hot tub, fire pit, and grill were used often! It was very clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. Very close to lots of great restaurants and amazing hiking spots!

We loved the hot tub! That was a primary reason we picked The Watchman. Coffee station was a great addition to services offferd. We loved it! Great location- very easy to get to Zion. Grateful to have use of the garage. Kristin was very accomodating with unexpected situation. We were very comfortable the entire time.

The Watchman location is great. It is only 1 minute from the highway for Zion. The drive to Zion is only 20 minutes. It is a beautiful house with all the amenities. We specially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The kitchen is fully equipped and we enjoyed grilling steaks on the BBQ. If you are planning to visit Zion or even Bryce Canyon, I suggest you staying at The Watchman.

Our family of four (two college kids) found the house to be perfect for our needs. We all enjoyed our own space but yet were able to hang easily in the kitchen/dining/living area. The hot tub was great after long days of hiking too. The property was in such a great location for an easy driving to Springdale/Zion. We also did a day trip to Bryce Canyon and enjoyed the scenic drive through the Mount Carmel tunnel.The house provided all we needed and then some. Coffee and to-go cups were much appreciated. There was a cooler that we were able to pack on our daily outings. Even makeup wipes in the full bathrooms!We would certainly return and highly recommend.

Wonderful retreat

Easy access to Zion

Very nice accommodations for three couples on a three day stay to explore Zion National Park. The house was well furnished and brimming with hospitality. We could even freshly grind furnished coffee beans for that important morning cup. We would definitely stay here again.

Our 5 night stay was great. The location was perfect and very roomy. We enjoyed using the hot tub after some long hikes.place was fully furnished as described. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

We stayed here in late February/early March and it was great. Very clean, all appliances worked, and the hot tub was very nice to have after running the Zion Half Marathon! Thank you again for your hospitality!

EXCELLENT! Very clean, very generous with the amenities…lots of towels, great Starbucks coffee, soap, shampoo, towels, etc. Hot tub was awesome with great star gazing at night. Close to Zion (about 20 minutes) and Zion Canyon Hot Springs just 1 mile away! BONUS!

Excellent location for both Zion National Park and snow Canyon. Not far from St George airport. Very clean, great neighborhood, more than enough space in the home for a family of 4. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Kristin was quick to respond to questions. More than what we expected.
