3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom house with covered patio, Hot Tub, BBQ grill, and RV parking. Perfect location. 20 mile drive to Zion. 15 minute drive to Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Lake State Park, 20 minute drive to St. George.
45 minutes to Tuacahn and Snow Canyon State Park. 2 hour drive to Las Vegas, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. Close to Golf, biking, hiking, OHV or Skiing. 2 minute drive to the grocery store and gas station. Everything is Brand New! Close to dining.

What a fantastic place to stay! La Verkin is a hidden gem, and this house is so comfortable and was in pristine condition. The kitchen/laundry/closets had everything you could ever want.

This home is very cozy! It's also in a nice location to easily access Zion or drive to Bryce Canyon. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The best Spring Break ever!

We brought the kids out to Utah, Nevada, and Arizona for Spring Break. We had an absolute blast! One of our favorite parts of the trip was coming back to the property and relaxing our muscles in the hot tub after a long day of hiking, horseback riding, and exploring Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon.

Best VRBO Near Zion

This VRBO was perfect! It was clean, new, updated, and had an amazing patio and hot tub! The owner kept in touch before, during, and after and made sure we had everything we needed. I'm very particular and this rental was everything I could have wanted.

Nice place!

Overall, it was a positive experience! Hot tub was inviting. We used the grill and it worked great. Washer and dryer worked out great too. Communication with the host was great too...very responsive. Thanks Mitch!

Indian Rocks Beach

Short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Nice back yard with tables and umbrellas. House could use some updating. No dressers in the bedrooms. Kitchen was sparsely furnished.

House was easy to find and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. We loved having this house to come back to after a day at Zion Park and so glad we booked it. I would highly recommend this property.

La Verkin base for Zion visit

We spent 5 days here while visiting Zion, Kolob canyons, Peek-a-boo slot canyon near Kanab, and other sites. Very convenient location. The house has everything you need, and a wonderful hot tub for relaxing in after a day of hiking. La Verkin does not have a lot of restaurants, but Hurricane is right around the corner, and Springdale only a 25 min drive.

Cleanest place we have ever stayed.

Everything you need was here. One person commented it would be nice to have mirrors in bedroom. Our friends commended us on getting just a great spot. Outdoor seating was perfect and we had a full moon!

Great little house with fantastic location.

This was a perfect house to stay in for our small group. Very close to all highways to Zion and Kanab. Check in was was a breeze and the house was very well stocked and very clean. We loved the cute little neighborhood with people on horseback riding by in the evening. The view of the mountain is great and peaceful. We would for sure stay here again.

Perfect for a girls getaway!!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip to Zion and other local areas. Super nice, clean, comfy, great location, and the hot tub was amazing for some relaxation after our long hikes!! Would stay again :)
