Super clean condo close to everything!

If you want a place to stay in Gatlinburg that’s clean, spacious and within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, this is the place to stay! We spent seven nights in this condo and really enjoyed our stay. Although it’s close to downtown, it was quiet at night with a family-friendly atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and cool. My son liked hanging out at the pool. Unfortunately, the facility hot tub was closed for repairs, but it looked like it would be ready to reopen this summer. We also enjoyed sitting in rocking chairs on the balcony. Gary, our contact person, was also very prompt in answering my texts. This condo is an excellent value. I would recommend it to anyone!

Great Gatlinburg experience

The condo was in a great location for exploring all over Gatlinburg. Easy walking distance to lots of fun things or to the trolley stop. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nicely updated and the condo had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.

Great Accommodations

Wow, this really is a great place to stay, got in late from a long drive, wasn’t thinking straight, was a bit confused about my accommodations, so I called my contact person, can you believe this guy answered the phone at 1 am, needless to say, he got me taken care of. I truly enjoyed my stay at this place, it really felt like home, oh yeah, I did have an encounter with a bear, and I do thank Jeff (the maintenance man) and his son for helping me out in that situation.

Great spot

We were looking for a place right by the strip where we could walk downtown and we found it. This place was great, great views, close to everything! The property manager was helpful and quick to call or text you back. I would definately stay here again!

Great location

Updated condo within walking distance to all of the Gatlinburg attractions! The huge porch with rocking chairs was perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Spacious unit with good amenities!

Perfect place, close to downtown!

Condo was on a hill and super close to the main downtown Gatlinburg area. This was one of the reasons we decided to stay here as it allowed us to walk everywhere! The unit was updated, clean and had a nice cozy feel. It had just enough space for the four of us. Definitely would recommend as the location was perfect. Just be aware that with the condo on a hill you are walking up and down inclines.

Walking distance to everything

This property was nice and clean. It’s close to downtown, you can literally walk everywhere. Which is good because traffic in downtown is hectic. The place overall had all the amenities. Towels for showering, including soap and shampoo. It’s a great place for a weekend stay.

Cute place, needs updates and cleaning

This was a cute place but we had a mouse in the condo while we were there. Someone was beating on our door at 11 at night the first night. Just a little sketchy for me. Great owners. It was clean but lots of stains etc. great location.

Comfortable and Convenient

This was our first trip to Gatlinburg, and I kept reading about the traffic and that the ability to walk to activities and restaurants was important. This condo was listed as being conveniently located with easy access to everything Gatlinburg has to offer, and we were pleased to find it was absolutely true! The condo was also extremely clean and has been newly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the HVAC units worked very well. The balcony was nice and provided a lovely view of the Smoky MountainsBoth the concierge service and the owner were very responsive when I had a couple of questions upon arrival. The only minor issue, which is nothing the condo owner has any control over, is the garbage pick up occurs multiple times a week at 2:45 am, and the master bedroom is right above the pick up area. Light sleepers could find this irritating so bring some earplugs with you. Overall we were very happy with our stay and our experience with the owner. We would stay here again!

Worst place

Worst place to stay. Our main problem was abt cleanliness. Bathrooms were too dirty and shower curtain had mold as mildew on it. Seen cob webs on ceilings. Balcony were dirty you don’t feel like to seat in chairs outside. Lamps and tables were dusty.

Quick Trip to Gatlinburg

We were just in Gatlinburg for a full day so wanted to try staying in town this time (normally we do a cabin in the mountains). This property has a great location! Most of the time we spent looking out the windows at all of the traffic flooding into the city from multiple directions. When we weren’t looking at everyone stuck in traffic, we were walking from the condo into town. Didn’t have to worry with parking fees or fighting the traffic! Great location and enjoyed our time. Owner was communicative in welcoming us, didn’t have any issues during the stay so didn’t have an opportunity to stay in touch other than initial check in. Some updates have recently been done to the unit to bring it up to date. If additional updates will be done, I’d suggest updating the tubs to showers with a sliding door. Overall, enjoyed our short stay and wished we had longer in town!

A KEEPER!

Honestly, it was the best bed and pillows! I slept better than at home! Also, it was a very well taken care of condo. The A/C was COLD! I slept in the queen bed and my daughter & her husband had the King bedroom. The rooms were very clean! Tip: The A/C in the LR area also has a vent added to blow into the king bedroom, BUT!! Dont close the door to that room, it wont cool down too cool. Leave that bedroom door open esp at night and it will be very cold! 😁The showers had very good water pressure! Toilets flushed very good too! They also had a decent supply of paper goods to get you started! The balcony was very nice and a good size! I liked that we had a code to unlock our door! Also Mr. Gary was a very pleasant person and on top of things! Answered his text and calls immediately! Even For simple questions! 😁 THANK YOU VERY MUCH! The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice! As far as the walk to downtown shops, its a good lil walk and with the incline, long as you are in pretty good physical shape, its ok. Now, I probably have one complaint, I drive a Ram 1500 truck, the turn in to their parking was NOT easy for me and to come out, you had to be extra careful!! Its very awkward. And driving up the hill to park close to the condo is kinda TIGHT! Esp in a truck! Getting in a space then trying to get out was stressful for me. Other than that, ITS A PERFECT SPOT for vacation! A great place to sleep and enjoy! I will definitely consider it the next trip! Oh one last thing, the price wasn't too bad, but its ALL the other fees added that makes it a bit higher cost. Overall its still a good deal and a great place to stay! We truly enjoyed it. I hope this review gives you peace of mind, in considering to book it, it’s truly worth staying there! Room was 310. 😁

Great location

Our stay was very nice. We had 4 adults and this condo accommodated us great. Great location to walk or catch the trolley around town. Would recommend this place.
