Intrinsically humans have a desire to spend their lives doing what we believe in. My 20 years of working in fortune 500’s have left a major deficit in the need to believe in what I am doing and express the creativity I was born with. I found that practicing true ethics and fairness requires a tireless swim upstream when you are beholden to self-serving organizations. I, like many others, sought a way out. In my search for a better life, I mentored under successful flippers but found that the neverending transactional aspect wasn’t appealing to me at all as my desire was to build an organization with perpetual value worth believing in. So I stopped looking for flips, became a Realtor for myself and I started looking for properties that would be good vacation rentals. Building Luxury vacation rentals seemed a perfect way to express my creativity and manage an ethical business that provided joy to others on a perpetual basis. This path has lead me to my first duplex in Gulfport, Florida; "The Beach House" & "The Wine Cellar". To say this was a diamond in the rough would be a major understatement. It has taken a year for me to remodel the "Beach House" to the standard in which I would like to provide for my guests. I take pride in the properties I offer to my guests and strive to provide the best vacation experience in their lives. I give thanks to God who has provided all for us in this life, my wife, who has let me take this endeavor on while working for the corporate machine and my friends who have helped me when I needed it most; Britt, Rich, Todd, Ralph, David and the best painter I know, Mom.
