Family Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay and this unit is beautiful. On the 2nd floor it overlooks the beach and the pool. The elevator was out of order our whole stay which was fine as we were just up one floor. My adults kids and their spouses had plenty of room and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. It is 2 mins walk to the main Avda. 5 with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. We very much enjoyed eating at the restaurant on the property on the beach. Food and service were awesome! We would definitely consider coming back to this unit again in the future :). Our host was great and gave awesome recommendations of things to do and we did go one day to Tulum and swam with the turtles - a memory we will never forget. I highly recommend this unit and property.

Amazing property, perfect location

Whenever you book online, you always wonder if the pictures are an accurate depiction. The pictures don't even do this place justice! Beautiful views! The front bedroom is like a sound machine at night with the waves lulling you to sleep. You are far enough off of 5th Avenue to not be bothered by the noise or salesmen but close enough to walk to everything! Dining, entertainment, and even the ferry to Cozumel are all a short walk! 10 out of 10 recommend

Spring Break 2023

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us, 3 being adults and 2 being teens. Great amount of space inside and out. The condo had just enough kitchen items to make it doable, though could use a few more essentials. The unit was cleaned when we needed it to be and towels exchanged as needed. The staff was friendly and the concierge was super helpful in helping us book some excursions. The proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment was great! So close, yet you never heard any loud music or other people, just the sound of the ocean and wind. There is little to no beach at the building. Erosion has washed much of it away and there are boats anchored right off the shore, which obstructs the view even if you are laying out in a chair. No fault the the property, but the seaweed was awful and only cleaned up a few times during our 10 days there. The bigger resorts cleaned it up daily! Our stay was great overall and we really enjoyed it.

Spring break playa Del Carmen

It was a beautiful facility. Nice pool. Great restaurant on site. The concierge was very helpful. The cleaning crews did a wonderful job. Perfect location as you could walk to almost everything you needed. Just two blocks from the main strip. The only complaint was the seaweed. The first day we got there it was terrible. Almost 3 feet deep on the beach in front of the condo. It smelled horrible! That forced us to spend days doing excursions away from the resort. However if you walked along the beach in either direction you could find a nice walkable beach with good swimming.. By the fifth day we were there most of the seaweed had been cleaned up and taken away. It’s not at all the fault of the facility. Apparently we just hit it on the right week that this started. It sure did not affect the fun we had on our vacation. Would definitely come back

Playa del Carmen Paradise

My boyfriend, myself, and my brother stayed in this wonderful VRBO for 5 days and were stunned at both the beauty and the service. It is located very close to the clubbing section of Playa (The Mandala was great!), as well as all of the shopping and restaurants. The condo was very clean upon arrival, with a beautiful open, airy layout. I was actually not feeling well for the first two days of our stay and was vomiting quite a bit. However, given that the master bedroom was facing the ocean, we were able to open the sliding door in order for me see the sunshine, hear the waves crashing on the shoreline, and smell the fresh sea air. Additionally, the hot tub is located just outside the bedroom, so I was still able to enjoy my time with everyone. The kitchen is nice and has everything that you can ask for if you are looking to cook a homemade meal. We actually ended up walking to the nearby Mega supermarket, purchasing groceries, and cooking a healthy meal at home while I was not feeling well. The kitchen island is spacious enough for everyone to sit around while cooking. The laundry and dryer worked well, and were very useful. The buddha decoration theme with bamboo was very relaxing and helped to add to the ambiance. All in all, this was just the vacation that I needed. Even if I wasn't feeling well on the sunniest days of our trip and missed out on some time in the sun, I still feel so relaxed returning back to work. We are thinking of a redo trip soon and will 100% stay here again.

The condo was exceptionally gorgeous, the location was perfect and the staff was wonderful!

We had such a great family vacation at this condo. We did not want to do an all-inclusive because we knew we would be out doing excursions most of the time but when we were there, we enjoyed the restaurant on the beach or walked to 5th street and picked a place to eat. The boys even did a fishing trip, caught 2 huge barracudas and the restaurant cooked them up for us. We had barracuda cerviche, fried barracuda and barracuda tacos. Absolutely delicious!! We will definitely stay again.
