Great location

Walking distance to beach, restaurants and bars. Was there for our daughter’s beach wedding. Only complaint was there was no iron or ironing board

Great people to work with

Roger was great to work with. We had some issues upon arrival and he was great with communication, showed up on site, and helped us rectify the situation quickly.

Great little spot for a getaway.

This spot is great for a peaceful and convenient stay. Was a little bummed about laundry not in site but it was so nice to sit on the balcony and see the ocean first thing in the morning. We'll definitely stay again.

Great location, property manager was awesome. Close to the beach and restaurants. Needs updated but still a fantastic place to stay. I fell in love with St. Petersburg and couldn’t have had better weather. If ever that way again I will most definitely stay.

Omygoodness, we loved the condo so much. It was in a perfect location for the beach trip we wanted. Win Dixie delivered groceries and we went to the Reef to eat out. Priceless time.

Little bit of everything

My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. The listing was everything it said it would be. The unit was clean with a decent amount of space. Easy contactless check in and out AND timely communication. The unit is close to the beach - walking distance - can see the beach from bedroom. AND close to restaurants. We were able to walk to everything - and didn't rent a car. Highly recommend!

Pool

Pool was closed 2days Memorial Day weekend and a 15 people maximum for a 200 plus visitors is a bit of a terrible ratio. The condo was nice however multiple dirty dishes and utensils were in cupboards the hallway hasn’t been dusted in quite awhile unsure if I would book here again.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay! It was me and two teenage girls-13 and 14. Great communication with Roger and super easy check in. The condo was clean and well stocked. We found an umbrella and chairs for the beach in the closet and there were boogie boards. Super close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Great ice cream shop just down the road. The pull out couch was fine for one person, but what pull out coach is comfy! We had a marvelous time and I would rent again!!! We visited the first week of June and it was not busy at all- no trouble finding a parking spot! Again communication with the host was easy and wonderful!! Definitely would stay here again!

Great location

We have rented in the same building before and it was a different unit and very nice. This unit was comfortable enough but there was mold in the soap dish in the shower and on the shower curtain. Stains in the carpet. Overall a great place and couldn’t be a better location. Priced reasonably but could have been cleaner. Landlord is accommodating and very nice and I would stay again but I share this to be helpful.

Very basic but not bad.

I would like to say the proximity to beach is very very close and great. The location and things to do are great can walk to many things. I do not like that none of the units have a washer and dryer. You must be prepared to take to a laundromat. There was a toliet brush in our hallway for the entire trip. The cleaning crew came for one day and didn’t remove it stayed in hallway all week. Other than a few small things the condo was nice and great location.

Leaves much to be desired

Our recent stay at this condo left us disappointed. While it is in a prime location, within feet of a wonderful beach, the living conditions were far from acceptable, and we feel compelled to warn others about the sub-standard state of this rental. From the moment we stepped foot inside the unit, it became painfully clear that the hosts had neglected to provide a safe and sanitary environment. The most glaring issue was the presence of visible mold in several areas, most notably in the bathroom. With the visible mold came the musky smell. It was evident that this was not a recent development but a long-standing problem that the hosts had chosen to ignore. With a deep clean and some upgrades, this condo would be a wonderful option as it's in a great location.

Our rental property was okay for what we needed. It was clean, but pull out couch is not for adults. Very close to the beautiful beach. This property is open to different levels of class and culture.....hence group around pool smoking and swearing....my mom wanted to leave pool area.....pool was nice and clean though. A woman in rental next door to us was reaching her climax at three in the afternoon....turned the sound up on the program I was watching.....other than these couple of items our stay was fine. Probably will try other properties.

Dated apartment

I felt the property was probably pretty good in the 1970s -80s . It needs attention and updating . The shower head is plugged with calcium debris and only after flushing and soaking was I able to get it to flow somewhat properly. No ice maker and deck approximately 2’ x 3’. It was clean and very close to the beach .
