Great Location/Unit needs updates
Great location! Check-in was super easy and property management was very responsive.
Unit is updated for the most part, but still a few more updates are needed to make the unit more functional.
Here are list of comments in no particular order:
Some bedroom doors do not lock
Many towels were folded but were wet when we arrived
Closet in star wars room is not accessible
Patio furniture is very worn and chairs at able are not safe to sit on.. especially for kids. Too wobbly.
Patio seating was dirty and some parts moldy.. could use a good power wash
Pool was constantly dirty due to lanai always having leaves and debris on it
Game room items are very worn. Air hockey table does not work well. Could use some seating in this room. Other units have gaming chairs or bean bags.
Lighting in Star Wars room is very cool but could use some instructions on how to operate it
There are close to 100 plates and bowls in this unit. You can certainly throw a party in here. However, there was a lack of spoons (zero teaspoons like another person mentioned).
Crib is a nice addition, but would have preferred it not in the master suite.
No pot holders were provided
Fridge leaked and they cane quickly to fix and even sent a replacement fridge the day we were leaving
Bottom line, location can’t be beat, the price is right and managers are very responsive. We would certainly stay again with NOVA, but probably pick a different unit.
