Cottage on a Mountainside

This place is very nice. Views from the windows facing the southern valley are spectacular. Loved the area and the neighboring towns of Davis and Thomas. The property is nicely secluded on a gravel mountain road just off a paved road that is not busy. The hiking in the area was great. My only complaint is the check in process which included an extra 10 minute drive to a realty office where I received not a key but the four digit code to the door. This could have been emailed in my opinion. Also, the garbage needed to be discarded at the same realty office which was a 10 minute drive out of our way in each direction. Not convenient at all.

Would stay again!

The cabin itself was beautiful and very well maintained. We really enjoyed spending time there with its beautiful views, from both inside and outside. It had everything we needed, and was a short drive from Davis and Blackwater Falls State Park. We would definitely come back to this area and stay here again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in the mountains. The cabin had a very relaxing and cozy atmosphere with the fireplace and overall decor. Everything was well equipped from the bathrooms, closets and kitchen with everything we could need. Our favorite part was the amazing view of the mountains from the front of the property. We hope to come back again! Everyone was helpful and easy to reach!

Absolutely loved the cabin and it’s location. Matt was responsive when contacted. The people inside the office were standoffish and seemed annoyed I entered the office with a question. I know they weren’t worried about covid since I was the only person wearing a mask. It seemed they were annoyed I asked my 2 questions.

We enjoyed the property, and would consider staying there again.

We enjoyed the property, and would consider staying there again. We were very satisfied with the updated features of the property, and that it was still pet friendly. We were also appreciative of how clean it was. They were helpful in answering any questions I might have, and proactive about making sure I remembered to send in the rental agreement.
