This condo is in a fabulous location just steps from a beautiful swimming beach. The view is perfection. It is outfitted with everything you need and furnished comfortably. It is quiet and feels very private despite being so close to the beach.There are restaurants in walking distance and it is easy to drive to other parts of the island.We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again.

Sooo close to the beach- literally steps out the back sliding doors. Beach chairs, big beach towels- excellent kitchen set up— comfortable King bed- spacious inside— easy parking! Very well set up condo.

Perfect Kihei stay- on the beach and the whole condo was really well stocked. We also liked you could walk to restaurants and the grocery store was a quick drive away. This is our favorite place to stay on Maui!

Everything was perfect. The home was equipped with everything we needed (way more than past places we've stayed in) and incredibly clean. The location is AMAZING. We loved being on ground level and just a few steps to the beach. The sunset view was a perfect end to each day. There is a reserved parking spot a few steps from the front door. The host provided a lot of local info for our visit as well. Would highly recommend.

Idyllic vacation spot

You couldn’t ask for a better location than this condo. The space was beautiful, the view and beach access even better, and the host was lovely and easy to work with. This vacation will be hard to top for us and a big part of it was this accommodation!

All about the view

A really great place, we loved it. Nicely decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We spent most of our time sitting on the lanai watching the view, the sunsets, and the beach activity. So relaxing and close to all amenities. Would definitely rent this place again.

Sunset views, and ocean sounds

An absolute gorgeous location to have the ease of access to the beach with a private little yard to play in. It was a perfect location for a family with littles to enjoy. It’s walking distance to stores and restaurants and the hosts are so gracious with helping you with amenities or suggestions for activities. A beautiful and comfortable home to enjoy!

Loved it!

This place is truly amazing, even better then the description. The beach is right outside your door and one of the nicer beaches we visited on the island. The condo had absolutely everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Awesome

Amazing location on Kam 1 beach. We utilized the 2 bedroom setup, put our son in the master bedroom at the back so we could listen to the waves from the oceanfront bedroom. Would definitely stay here again!
