Roomy with a beautiful kitchen and short walk to beach.
Many pluses to this property. The best highlight: It was a short walk to Poipu Beach, one of the best on the island for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Owners have a boogie board, a little snorkeling equipment, many guide books and lots of chairs. We saw turtles every day while boogie boarding and the hike from Shipwreck Beach, close by, is also outstanding. The pool/spa is also well maintained and made for a fun way to end the day. Right off Poipu Road, so easy to get to many other attractions in the area. The condo was spacious and the bed in the master bedroom was comfy. There is a large closet in the master bedroom and a long cabinet so easy to store luggage, clothes and belongings so the rest of the condo can stay clutter free. Due to dietary issues with one of my kids we have to cook in frequently and the kitchen was well stocked and very attractive. The view is pretty (no ocean) but certainly pleasant. The downside (why not 5 stars) was the lack of air conditioning. It was a bit too warm during our stay, even at night with all the fans and open windows, so it was hard to sleep. The pull out bed is not comfortable (sort of OK for kids, but not adults) and the bathroom is on the worn side, strangely the toilet seat does not fit the toilet...such a cheap and easy thing to fix. All in all I would recommend this place and felt it was a good value.
