Great location for our needs. We were in town for a softball tournament and this house was centrally located near all the tournament fields. I enjoyed walking on the path next to Lake Loveland every morning was even amazed to see Elk on the path one morning. The house suited our needs and was clean with a comfortable master bed much more enjoyable in comparison to a hotel!

The place was fantastic! It was soooooo quiet, cozy, and made for a very relaxing stay. Perfect for 2-3 people. One small suggestion would be to pin the Wi-Fi information on the tack board for guests’ convenience. We reached out to the host twice during our stay, and both times he responded within seconds, truly phenomenal communication and hospitality.

This is a cute little place. Perfect spot for our family while staying in Loveland. The beds were comfy and kitchen is well equipped. The park/playground is a short walk away and sunset strolls along the lake were a great way to end our evenings. Grocery and restaurants are a short drive.

Just right!

This cute and cozy retreat was perfect! Nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, just a 5 minute walk to Lake Loveland and a small park, and close to various eateries were all bonuses for our family. Our small dog appreciated the many neighborly streets to explore, too.

Quiet, private place close to the lake

The house is clean and quiet, and set back a little from the street which makes it feel more private. We were in town for a wedding and family reunion, and this was a great location for us - close to everything. Tucker our host was very responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend this property!

Exactly what we needed!

The property is clean and cozy — nice enough to feel like I’m on vacation, casual enough to be relaxed. We needed to be close to the hospital, and this was about 10 min away but still in a great little quiet, old neighborhood very close to good non-chain restaurants, etc. I wish we’d had time to explore more - we hope to return for another visit in the future!

Quick Visit to Loveland

This was a nice little house! I really enjoyed that we were able to bring our animals with, without having to pay an arm and a leg, and a major plus a little fenced in yard to let them out! The shower was GREAT!! There was an ant problem and my youngest daughter just happens to be TERRIFIED of ants!! Overall we had a pretty great stay!!

The house was fine however the outside of the property was not . The front and back yards were overgrown with weeds and not secure for pets. The front of the house was not visible from the street due to the overgrowth.

Cute Property

The interaction with Tucker was wonderful. We checked in like planned, and were able to meet our obligations within the community on time! The only negative, and I do mean the only, was the surfaces could have used a better cleaning. I will keep this property on my preferred list!

Disappointed

I couldn’t stay here because the owner texted me the same day that there was a sewage backup on n the house and I would be ready for our stay. Very dissatisfied. I had to stay in a hotel instead. 🥵
