The property was reasonably clean and I liked that it's close to the ocean. What I didn't like is that it's tiny, doesn't have dishwasher, and it was hard to find some things. For instance initially I didn't find spices for cooking, but later found tiny shelf on a side that had plenty. I also didn't find dishwasher fluid and any means to dry the dishes (dish rack for instance) - It would be great to label shelves. The internet on one of the TVs doesn't work - it's good I had Roku with me.

Very happy with my stay

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!! this place was more than I expected. The location and the distance to the beach was perfect. It was so busy with parking but glad that I didn't have to worry about it because you have your own parking spot. I stayed with my girls 7 yrs and 5 yrs old. It was nice to see evening was gated and coded restricted. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Clean and close to beach

Everything with this property was great, nice and clean with all needed amenities. Close access to the beach was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

BEST rental we’ve ever had!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The house was incredibly clean, super fresh feeling. Everything new and updated, classy and beautiful. They provided everything you could need for the beach: chairs, toys, boogie board, towels, umbrella. We LOVED the outdoor area as well - this was such a well thought out property. Super convenient location to beach, food, nightlife. Would give this place 10/5 stars! We will be referring our friends & family as well as returning later this year. :)

Beautiful little complex

My husband and one year old stayed here for a beach vacation from Arizona. It was in an awesome location with being just a block away from the beach. Would definately stay Again.

Great place. Loved it!

We loved the unit. Certain amenities were available for us, coffee was provided - awesome, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, just the right amount of dishes and utensils etc for the kitchen, air conditioning. It was great. Would recommend.

Location location location!

A short walk to the beach. Private courtyard. Upscale furnishings. Cozy and classy! It was the perfect stay for our family!

Awww! A quite jot to the coast

This property is clean very new comfortable all the supplies were in order including shampoo conditioner and body wash. And I must say that was the most amazing toilet I have ever used automatically did heated toilet seat extremely posh and European in the midst of a wonderful beach town!It’s perfect for to no more than four people and would highly recommend staying here

Balboa Beach Stay

Great place! Beautiful, clean, great parking. Parking big enough for my Tahoe. Great hide a bed, very comfortable. Everything is high end and very well done. Easy place to stay. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO places and this is great!!! Note to property management: Some basic directions inside the unit would be nice; T.V., heat/air, coffee maker, parking. Hooks inside for sweatshirts, towels, robes would be great too.
