Perfect little condo for a beach getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend with our toddler son. This place was small but has everything you need. Perfectly functional kitchen, upgraded everything, very clean. Best part is it’s within walking distance to everything and it came with covered parking.

Great family vacation stay

We loved this place! Short walking distance to the beach right across the street. There was beach chairs, a umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards and plenty of beach toys for our family. The on-site laundry facility was great and was free so we did a lot of our washing while here which was so convenient. We loved the common areas with the table and chairs between the units. We had dinner out there everyday. Overall it was a wonderful experience and made our stay in Newport so fun and memorable!

Great stay. Very clean and quiet. Seconds to beach. Perfect for small families with young kids. Property management easy to work with.

Great access to beach

This is the second time this year I have stayed in this area. And yet again the property I rented lived up to expectations. You are literally across the road from the beach. The property has everything you would need for a beach getaway. You even get a carport which is an asset on the weekends. I was very impressed with the laundry facilities which allowed me to wash all our clothes before heading home. There is ample patio space to sit and they provide beach chairs and boogie boards which save one less thing to bring. Really my only negative is the front door, it’s incredibly hard to open even as an adult. My 12 year old had quite a time trying to open and close the door. And there needs to be a towel rack closer to the shower and not above the toilet which to me seems a bit gross. But all in all a fantastic property and definitely one I will stay at again.

Wonderful stay, great location!

Nicely renovated and appointed, modern look accommodation in a great location on Balboa Peninsula. The walk to Balboa village is only a mile, where you will find, shops, restaurants and the family fun zone with rides and arcade games. The property attracts, young people, families with children, couples and we were a multi-generational group gathering for a long holiday weekend. Within the first hours of arrival we found issues within the unit that needed to be addressed. We contacted management and they were quick to respond. Unfortunately, we did have to contact them on two other occasions, but again, the response was quick and the problems resolved. It would be nice not to have any issues to deal with when on vacation, but in general we were pleased with our stay and would return.
