Perfect beach spot

Great place to stay! Smooth check in, clean property, quick communication from owners. It was so convenient to have everything you need for the beach already there. My family enjoyed playing all the board games to get a break from the sun. They also had a bottle of champagne for us when we arrived and coffee. Kitchen was also stocked with everything you need. We would stay again. It's just a great beach spot.

Beautiful Beach Condo

This condo offers everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation…the owners have supplied so many amenities We have stayed there many times. It is always clean and beautifully maintained. The beach is quiet and beautiful, and the sunsets from the deck are amazing. You can walk for miles on the beach. My favorite walk was up to John’s Pass. The owners have always been wonderful.

A Gem of a Getaway on Treasure Island

We love this property so much that this is our 2nd time staying here and we plan to do so again. This is truly a happy place for us. The interior has a modern coastal feel and is very relaxing, very clean. The owners always make sure that everything we need is provided; from a well-appointed kitchen (including a frozen margarita maker!) to a wide range of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc.) The location is perfect. We are steps from the beach and the beautiful gulf coast. Also, during our stay the owners touched base with us several times to see if we needed anything. Overall, it was an awesome vacation and we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Place

We can’t say enough great things about Jason and Melissa‘s condo on Sunset Beach. The condo is beautiful, just as described and pictured. The entire unit was immaculate and everything was designed to make the guests feel very much at home. The king size bed was the most comfortable we have ever encountered in in any hotel or rental we have ever stayed in. The beach is so close and very beautiful. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. The pool was clean and warm. The other guests were friendly and welcoming. We have already reserved for next year. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo and for putting so much care and thought into making it warm and comfortable. Thank you also for the lovely bottle of wine.

Had a good stay. Property is a bit older so you can hear neighbors a bit more than expected. Host was very communicative, especially about the tropical storm that came through the area. Overall the stay was great and views are amazing.

PERFECT ISLAND GETAWAY!

Beautiful condo, beautiful beach view and the location can't be beat! Hosts were super attentive to any need we had. Condo was well-appointed. We had everything we needed from toiletries to fully equipped kitchen to beach gear. We loved this property so much we immediately booked for same time next year.

Best Sunset Beach Vacation

We've been staying at the Sunset Chateau for the past 7 years, but this was the first time staying here and it was truly spectacular. The condo is very clean and spacious. It felt like we were home. The owners really took the time to make the condo special. Our family had a wonderful trip and can't stop talking about going back!

Absolutely Amazing!

We loved every single thing about this condo! Super clean when we arrived, with simple clear directions on everything in the condo. The pool was amazing and the beach was amazing!! Our favorite thing was the distance from the condo to the pool to the beach. Everything was so close!! We have already booked to stay here again next year, which I never do!

Just steps away from the beach

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The area was very nice - residential but still close to restaurants and stores. The condo is very nice - updated with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will definitely come back!

wonderful, wonderful, wonderful....

Jason, the owner, who we communicated with, was awesome. We have not met a nicer, more accommodating person. He was always willing to address our questions before and after we were checked in. The condo was very comfortable and very well thought out with the decor and detail . Everything in the condo was top notch. Literally we were a parking space away from an awesome beach. Everything that was written in the description was exactly the way the condo was. we will definitely be back. It was Paradise. Thank You Jason for a wonderful week and for working with us in our situation.

Perfect get away!

This condo was just as pictured. Beautiful, clean and beach front! Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The location was convenient to restaurants and beach bars as well as stores if you need groceries, etc. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the stay. The chairs and umbrella were so appreciated as was the pack n play for our 1 year old. Contacted the owner with a question and he responded with a quick and friendly reply. We loved our experience here ans would stay again!

Perfect little beach place

This place was absolutely perfect for my husband and two kids. The beach was a few steps away and the views were perfect. The place was fully stocked with beach items so you don’t need to buy or bring a bunch of stuff.

We have have been traveling together for over 23 years, 18 of those years have been with our two children. Over the course of our travels, we have been vacation renters ourselves and we have used our experiences as the standard for how we wanted our guests to receive our condo unit. We purchased the condo in 2018 and spent about 3 months completely renovating the unit to ensure every little detail would only add to the experience our guests would have.

This condo is likely the most modern, spacious, and luxurious condo unit in the Sunset Chateau complex. We kept every possible traveler in mind when renovating the unit. Whether your a solo traveler looking for a quite place to relax, a family of four looking for a beach place within driving distance to theme parks, or a mature couple looking for a get-a-way retreat this property will serve every need, want, and desire.

この宿泊施設の特徴

A few of the many amenities we include with our condo unit include a very comfortable king size mattress in the bedroom, and a large queen size sleeper sofa with a 5" memory foam mattress. The sleeper sofa is designed without a crossbar so any guest sleeping on the sofa bed is going to have a very comfortable night sleep. Stainless steel appliances throughout and a very large kitchen/living room bar which provides ample counter space to sit and enjoy a frozen beverage made in the Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville concoction blender. The kitchen is fully stocked with every item you could possibly need during your stay. Although the kitchen has a full sized stove/oven and is stocked with pots and pans, we have also included an Instapot an electric grill for you to use if you prefer.
There are hightop chairs and table to use on the balcony while enjoying a beautiful sunset, and beach chairs and a beach umbrella you can carry out to the beach to soak in some sun.
