Thank you for confirming that the listing clearly states the home does not have air conditioning . We do have heat.... Unfortunately, several other statements in this review are inaccurate. The portable AC unit DOES work. It was left by a previous guest as a courtesy and is not an advertised amenity. You were provided with clear instructions on how to properly operate it, including how to secure the exhaust tube. The issue was not that the unit did not work, but that you had difficulty following the instructions provided. Additionally, each room has a ceiling fan, and box fans are also provided throughout the home to help with airflow. It is interesting that you chose to criticize the cleanliness of the fans when the home was left in a considerably messy condition upon your departure. We were extremely responsive throughout your stay and repeatedly attempted to assist you. Unfortunately, this was a difficult hosting experience, particularly when complaints were made about amenities that were never advertised and instructions that were provided were not followed.

Not the most pleasant guest to host. The guest had difficulty reading and following information and instructions that were readily available. We provide all pertinent details such as check-in time, access codes, and property features in advance—but it’s important that guests take the time to review /read them. For example, the listing clearly states that the property does not have air conditioning.That is why guest could not find it. We also do not provide written receipts, as all payments are handled directly through the booking platform. The front door lock is simple if you follow the directions/video. Agan you must read. Communication throughout the stay was poor. We regret that your companion did not join you, and hope future stays elsewhere are more to your liking.

We would like to clarify a few points for accuracy. The home has ceiling fans with full lighting in every room, all equipped with dimmers, as well as lamps in each bedroom. There are 5 functioning outlets in each room, and the issue reported was related to a light bulb—not a lack of electricity or available lighting. Regarding the front door, we provided assistance immediately, including sending a video directly to your phone upon check-in. The door was secured upon your arrival and was properly locked again at departure, so it appears it was successfully used throughout the stay. In addition, you mentioned wanting an electric tea kettle. While we do not provide aN Electric kettle, the kitchen is fully equipped with a tea pot, cookware to boil water on the stove, and a microwave, all of which work perfectly for heating water for tea. We also remained available and responsive during your reservation, though communication from your side was limited. Lastly, it is important to note that 2 unauthorized guest were brought onto the property We always strive to provide a comfortable experience and appreciate feedback, but we also want to ensure the information shared is accurate for future guests.

Each bedroom has a full size bed which comfortably sleeps 2 adults...
