Thank you for highlighting the location, the views, and the whale sightings. I'm so glad those features helped make your stay enjoyable. I'm sorry the cooking arrangement was difficult — we've scheduled service to repair or replace the full range so future guests won't need to rely on the temporary units much longer. I also sincerely apologize for the broken lounger; maintenance will remove and replace the damaged seating. We will also have the maintenance team inspect the HVAC system and will ask housekeeping to deep clean the carpets. We truly appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Sharon. I'm so sorry that not having an oven so affected your stay. We did have a new oven in hand, but it ultimately didn't work and now we are searching anew for one that will be just right. In the meantime, we are going to remove all mention of the oven from the listing so future guests don't expect to have use of one. And thank you for sharing that the housekeeping team failed to place the correct amount of towels in the unit. I wish you had shared that during your stay, we would have happily brought you more. That said, the housekeeping is now aware of their error and will be extremely careful to not make the same mistake again. I am sorry, too, that the bed was so uncomfortable for you. We will inspect it promptly and make a plan to improve or replace it if we find it doesn't meet our high mattress standards. Your feedback will help us improve, thank you.

I apologize the stove, fireplace, washing machine, and window were not functioning and for the slow response from our maintenance team — that should not have happened. We did notify you of the washing machine and fireplace being out of order ahead of time, and I'm truly sorry that other issues arose during your stay, too.
