Unique, comfortable, fun family getaway

We had a great stay. The house is unique and fun. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the spa. Very comfortable for a group of 8.

Pool is too deep for non swimmers

Downsides: the pool was incredibly dirty, hadn't been cleaned in ages. The skimmer box was absolutely full. The pebbles on the beach area have all come loose and it's horrible to walk on. We ended up with grazed and cut feet. The pool has no shallow end for younger kids or non swimmers apart from the beach area with the loose pebbles and it's small. The disher has broken wheels on the bottom basket and hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The washing machine is broken and not usable. Tv had all cables disconnected. It definitely wasn't a walk in and start enjoying holiday house. The fridge was leaking when we got there and needed fixing as well. I wouldn't recommend this house for a young family unless all kids are capable swimmers. It's more suited to a group of adults and teens. There was very spotty reception there for our phones and the supplied wifi was very spotty as well. It's a horrible driveway for a big car and the greenery needs trimming right back. Have scratches down the car from it. On our last morning the pool filter never turned on and we couldn't use the slide again which was very disappointing considering every day we were there the pool filter came on at 7.30. Upsides: The check in and out process was easy and the ladies were lovely. The back verandah and view, specially while raining was amazing! The beds were comfortable enough. The hot water got really hot. The Master room is far enough away from the other rooms for privacy. The linen was nice and clean.

Unique stay

Beautiful property, especially if you like something a bit different. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. However, the bed in the main bedroom was probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, which was disappointing.

Fun holiday location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The house was quirky and comfortable located in a nice quiet location only a short drive to local shops. The managing agent was quick to respond and helpful. The pool and spa was the biggest hit with teens and adults. Would definitely book again if we come back.

Photos miss leading

The house was miss leading in the lay out and listing has bbq fees but no bbq and outdoor furniture was missing, the saving grace was the amazing pool but the spa wouldn't even warm up

Excellent Hawaiian themed property! Wonderful break with friends. We enjoyed days in the pool & evenings on the balcony.

Coolum stay

Location issue just because the parking for more than two cars very difficult due hilly location and no off street parking. Also terrain meant walking to beach impossible. Definitely need a car

Excellent Value for Money!

The house is amazing with its themed decor. Every room is unique and special and the pool / spa offered endless family entertainment. The cooking facilities were fantastic and accommodated our large family consisting of toddlers, young children, teenagers and adults. The verandas are all child friendly as well as the pool. 5 mins from Coolum Beach and many many vacation activities. Just Perfect.

Family fun in a Polynesian themed holiday home

Kids entertained endlessly in pool/spa area. Great entertaining spaces and separate bedroom/balcony areas for privacy. Great Summer house surrounded by bushland and shaded balcony.

Great place. Great neighbourhood. Great experience.

When we first pulled up to the house on the driveway we were immediately taken back by the sheer size! The pool is absolutely amazing, such a great feature. The whole pacific island theme makes you feel like you’re not even in Queensland, but some remote island just off the coast. This house is huge and spacious, I only came here with my partner and myself but this could be such an amazing place to bring your little ones and has a ‘home away from home’ feel to it as you explore the town not even 5 minutes away from here. We’ll definitely be coming back count on it!
