Convenience

Great little rental...walking distance to the beach, shops & restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and nice to have a designated parking spot! Would definitely come back.

Outstanding Location / Great Service

This location is an excellent spot -- short walk to the beach and near all the local restaurants and bars (but not too close where noise is an issue). The bay is also a nice option which is very walkable. Communication was excellent -- very prompt with access codes, etc. It has everything you would need for a fun-filled and perfect getaway. Highly Recommend.

Very Nice Stay

Just as described! Very clean, with a comfy bed, and full useful kitchen area. Having a parking spot in back was so convenient! In the past, we had stayed in a larger vacation rental about a half mile south of here and didn't have the luxury of a designated parking spot. I can testify to how difficult it was to find parking each night, so this was high on our list this time around, and was quite an added bonus for this property! Great communication, easy check in and check out. Nice access to the beach, the bay, and all of San Diego, and close enough to Balboa Park, and to the freeways to make it easy to get around town.

Close to everything and extremely comfortable!

It was perfect for me and my husband. We walked everywhere. A few blocks to the beach and all the places we love in Pacific and Mission beach. The air conditioning was great - we've stayed at places previously that don't have it and we've had the bad luck of visiting during a heat wave, so again, it was fantastic. The bed was SO comfortable! By far the most comfy of the places I've ever stayed, including 5 star hotels! Would definitely stay here again. The little corner store was extremely convenient for pretty much anything we needed. The only thing I wish it had was something of a private patio/outdoor space.

Nice getaway near beach

We stayed here (2 adults and one teen) and loved being only 3 1/2 blocks from the beach. It was a cute space that met our needs for our five night stay as we visited many sites around the area. Close to restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, and so much more. Easy access to surrounding areas (Point Loma, La Jolla, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, etc). Also, we were excited to see beach towels and two beach chairs for us to use.

Great Location

This property was the perfect size for myself, hubby and 3 year old. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. It was a quick drive to SeaWorld and Old Town. The owner was quick with questions/requests. Would stay again!

Amazing

Such a perfect stay! The place was just what we were looking for! It was clean, blocks from the beach, and had air conditioning. The owners also allowed an early checkin time as we flew in very early in the morning. We also got to meet Carlton who was very friendly and even gave us some boogie boards to use. I also really appreciated that there were beach towels provided as well as extra bath towels. I would for sure stay here again!!

Modern! Clean! Awesome Owners! Perfect Location! Just perfect!

The pictures don't do it justice. We got here and were blown away! It is a modern, clean gem! With an absolute perfect location!!! Just a 2.5 blocks from the beach and the middle of Mission Blvd. Also, its a half block from a corner store where you can get anything from wine, to ice, to washing detergent. Inside the unit was large wall mounted TVs in the living room and bedroom. Remote controlled AC units in both the living room and bedroom!!! The gourmet kitchen was awesome for us to cook everyday. Clean and new appliances. The gas stove was just want we were looking for. There's even a grill available outside to BBQ. The unit comes with an assigned parking spot in the back, which was crucial because there was almost no street parking spots! The owners responded promptly when contacted and we actually got a chance to meet them during our visit. Great, friendly people! I can't say enough about the place and plan to try to stay here whenever I'm in PB!
