ベッド13台、簡易ベッド2台、ベビーベッド2台を備えた大きなアパートメント。 ベラージオに近い私の家では、手頃な価格でリラックスした雰囲気の中で本物の旅行体験をお楽しみいただけます。 子供連れの家族、友人やカップルのグループに最適です。

べラージオから車で10分、コモ湖の丘、自然の真ん中にある湖と山の間にある静かでフレンドリーな村に位置する1階の大きなアパートには専用の入り口があります。

リクエストに応じて、大人用の合計13ベッド、幼児用のベビーベッド2台、赤ちゃん用のベビーベッド2台の2つの大きなベッドルームがあります。 広い居心地の良いリビングルームには、大きなソファと簡易キッチン、アクセサリー、テレビ、無料WiFi、ハイドロマッサージシャワー付きのバスルーム、洗濯機、庭、テーブル、椅子、サンラウンジャー、パラソル、バーベキューのある屋外エリアがあります。 大きくて無料の専用駐車場。 子供連れの家族には、屋外にはたくさんのおもちゃが、家の中にはあらゆる年齢のおもちゃがたくさんあります。

House with nice and safe outside play area

The house is nice and clean, the garden is completely gated and really nice for small children. A nice touch was the amount of toys inside and outside the house, they kept out kids busy.

Great for trekking

Elisabetta and Roberto were good hosts with lots of useful information about places to explore, eat, trek etc. Our teens enjoyed the table tennis, mini football pitch and trampoline at the house. Take the chance to eat at La Madonnina (we walked up and back one evening) for stunning views and good food, the Rifugio Martina was good for views and food too (it’s possible to do a 4-5hour trek from Barni up to the ridge and along to Monte San Primo then down to eat at the rifugio (more bistro than refuge) & catch the bus back to Barni - check timings and Elisabetta helped reserve a table - but our favourite food was at Guido’s family farm in the village - what a feast! Grazie mille.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Familien am Comer See

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche am Comer See in Elisabettas Haus. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern: sehr schöne ruhige Lage in dem kleinen Dorf Barni, großer Garten zum Spielen, sehr viel Spielzeug drinnen und draußen und alles was man sonst für Babys und Kleinkinder braucht an Ausstattung ist vorhanden. Von Barni aus erreicht man sehr viele tolle Ausflugsziele in 10-20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch zu Fuß vom Ferienhaus aus, kann man direkt einiges unternehmen. Am besten waren Elisabettas Tipps und Vorschläge für Ausflüge, so haben wir einiges gesehen und unternommen, wo man sonst als Tourist vermutlich nicht hingekommen wäre, vielen Dank dafür! Auch sehr praktisch, lecker und preiswert ist der Essenlieferservice im Dorf von Guido: so hat man alle Vorteile eines Ferienhauses und muss aber trotzdem nicht immer selber kochen. Ich würde jedem, der an den Comer See fährt, diese Unterkunft empfehlen, auch wenn man nicht direkt am See ist, ist man superschnell dort und Barni hat uns fast besser als Bellagio gefallen ;-)! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Charmant séjour à Barni

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans la région de Barni pour visiter le lac de Côme et ses environs. Le choix du logement s’est porté sur celui d’Élisabetta, notamment pour les équipements pour enfants et la localisation centrale. Elisabetta est d’une rare gentillesse, très communicante et elle nous a donné de précieux conseils pour profiter de la région et optimiser notre séjour (visite des villages, lieux de baignade, restaurants ect). Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour. Merci beaucoup!

Lieu de vacances très agréable.

La maison d'Elisabetta est tout à a fait charmante. Elle est aussi très bien pensée pour les enfants. Elisabetta est une hôte très réactive qui a su répondre à toutes nos questions. Elle nous a également donner de très bons conseils pour explorer la région. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter.

Schönes Haus in kleinem Dorf mit tollem Garten.

Der Aufenthalt bei Elisabetta war sehr schön. Sie ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Der Garten ist perfekt für Kinder. Das Dorf Barni ist sehr klein und man ist öfter auf das Fahrzeug angewiesen. Aber in näherer Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht und tolle Restaurants. Sehr schöner Urlaub.

Herrlich ruhige Ferienwohnung- Kinderparadies

Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden. Elisabetta hat uns tolle Tips gegeben, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Top sauber, alles da was man braucht, ist in der wohnung vorhanden. Wunderbar für Kinder, so viele Spiel und Spaß möglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannte Zeit mit Kindern

Wir waren im August vor Ort. Elisabetta nimmt sich viel Zeit um Aktivitäten für alle Mitglieder der Familie zu beschreiben, vor allem aber auch für die Kinder und passend für alle Wetterlagen. Die Lage fanden wir strategisch perfekt, da es abseits vom Trubel liegt und alles zu entdeckende in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen ist. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und an heißen Tagen schön kühl. Für Kinder ist alles vor Ort. Leider wurde ein Teil von uns Krank, Elisabetta hat uns sofort geholfen und dass auch zu später Stunde, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Selten so viel Engagement und wohlwollen erlebt. Danke dafür und für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen wieder.

Great place for families

We really enjoyed our stay at this relaxing house in Barni, about 20 minutes by car from Bellagio but a relaxing and beautiful contrast to the tourist craziness on the lake itself. Our host Elizabetta provided a bunch of helpful advice while providing us space and room to relax. There is a nice play area for kids and a lovely outside dining area with a great view of the town and the valley below, even a tiny soccer pitch below the dining area. If you are looking to explore Lake Como but also get a taste of small town Italian life nearby this is the place for you.

Entspannter Familienurlaub mit individuellen Tipps der Vermieterin

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Elisabettas Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Wie sie es auch in der Anzeige beschreibt, ist das Haus und das Areal rundherum total kinderfreundlich gestaltet. Auch ihre Tipps waren individuell auf uns abgestimmt und haben sehr zu unserem schönen und entspannten Urlaub beigetragen. Elisabetta berät die Familien gerne dabei, das richtige für sie zu finden, es liegt darüber Hinaus ein dicker Ordner mit ausführlichen Ausflugstipps auf Englisch bereit, den wir rege benutzt haben. Wir Eltern haben unter anderm die tollen Restaurantempfehlungen genossen, die neben leckeren Essen oft auch noch einen großartigen Blick und Spielgelegenheiten für die Kinder boten. Das Dorf Barni liegt außerhalb der Haupttouristenorte und ist ruhig und kühler als unten am See. Beim Bäcker und den beiden kleinen Läden bekommt man das wichtigste für den täglichen Bedarf. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert um runter an den See zu kommen, besonders mit kleinen Kindern. Von dort (Bellagio) kann man jedoch viele Orte auch mit dem Schiff erreichen.

Séjour Parfait!

Un grand merci à Elisabetta pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils précieux qui nous ont permis de découvrir le lac de Côme dans les meilleures conditions. Le logement est très bien situé et permet de rejoindre rapidement et facilement tous les centres d’intérêts. Le logement est très fonctionnel et parfait pour accueillir les enfants. Nous recommandons fortement!

Familienparadies abseits der Touristenströme

Die Ferienunterkunft hat unserer vierköpfigen Familie mit zwei Kindern (5 Jahre und 1 Jahr) alles geboten, was wir uns von unserem Urlaubsdomizil im Vorhinein erhofft hatten. Die Inhaberin Elisabetta ist äußerst gastfreundlich, spricht fließend Englisch und hat unglaublich viele Insider-Tipps - gerade für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern. Trotz einiger untypischer Wetterkapriolen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Barni sehr genossen. Denn obwohl das Haus versteckt in einem ruhigen Bergdorf liegt, bietet es einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Ausflüge an die Touristen-Hotspots am Comer See wie Belaggio, Como und Varenna als auch nach Monza, Mailand oder einen Abstecher in die Schweiz. Insgesamt also ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort, um entspannte und erholsame Ferien mit Kindern zu verbringen.

Prima Ort für einen perfekten Familienurlaub

Wir, zwei Familien mit zusammen vier Kindern hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Elisabeths und Roberto in Barni. Das Haus war perfekt für Kinder mit jede Menge Spielzeug sowohl im Haus als auch ums Haus Drumherum. Elisabeths und Roberto Waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal zu welcher Frage, sie konnten uns tolle ausflugtips geben. Auch das niedliche Barni, mit täglich geöffnetem Bäcker und Laden, war sehr gut geeignet für unsere diversen Ausflüge. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank Elisabeths und Roberto für eure Gastfreundschaft!!!

elisabetta was super nice and gave us great ideas what to do in the area. you have to go through one bedroom to reach the kitchen and the other bedroom. but for us this was ok and we had a really good time.

Schöne Unterkunft mit netter Vermieterin

Hallo! Wir waren im Aug. 2018 da und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Elisabetta ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft mit Rat & Tat. Vor allem für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters sehr zu empfehlen, es ist viel Spielzeug da.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, engagierte und freundliche Vermieterin

Wir (2 Familien mit 9 Personen) waren 10 Tage bei Elisabetta und Roberto. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Küche mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Der gesamte Gartenbereich kann mit genutzt werden, so dass je Sonnenstand zwei Essmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Schade ist lediglich, dass ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer von der Außentür zur restlichen Wohnung ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr engagiert und hat viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge, für Familien mit Kindern hat sie viele Ideen. Wir hatten eine Autopanne. Elisabetta hat uns schnell geholfen eine Werkstatt zu finden und hat vorab alles für uns geklärt. Wir haben ihre hilfsbereite und freundliche Art sehr geschätzt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

SUPER ACCUEIL ET SUPER SEJOUR

Nous avons passé 4 jours chez Elisabetta et Roberto: au delà du fait que la région est magnifique, nous avons reçu un accueil trés chaleureux: Elsabetta et son mari sont trés sympathiques et souriants, ils ont été de trés bon conseil quant à nos visites et nos lieux soit pour déjeuner soit pour manger une bonne glace: trés disponibles ; La maison était parfaite: trés propre et trés bien équipée, beaucoup d'aspects extérieurs pour les enfants. Seul regret pour nous: la météo qui n'était pas terrible du coup impossible de profiter de l'extérieur en soirée qui doit être trés agréable: nous aurions aimé inviter Elisabetta et Roberto a boire un verre avec nous. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Optimistic, energetic and spark, for job I’ve been always involved in marketing, communications, PR while my recent passion is wear a red nose and become a "social clown" in the hospital, close to the children and grandma. I strongly believe in friendship and solidarity, love traveling, walking in nature, iceskating and rollerblading, snowboarding, discovering old villages and new places, cooking and having guests. The friends of my daughter, as soon as they enter the house, ask me: "can I come back tomorrow? !!!". A sentence that represent myself is: "ALIVE and SHARE." I like to "live" and "share" emotions, experiences and places. When I discover a “magic” place I must make it known to my friends and to my guests! I love having guests into my house, suggest small villages to visit, or towns to discover, beaches on the lake or hiking trails that, along paths and trails not included in the classic touristic tours, reach the natural pools of a river or the top of a mountain to admire the unique landscapes. I was born at the sea and when I was a child my family moved to the lake in the town of Como. Lake Como made me fall in love and, to grow up our daughter, we choose Barni, a small and quiet village in the hills of Lake Como surrounded by nature between lake and mountains! Here, in Barni, in February 2015 I opened our house to guests who come from all over the world! The Larian triangle is my new land and I would not be able to go back for the beautiful landscapes that offers during all the seasons. Anyway, I do not forget the land where I born... and when I cook for my friends, I prepare the traditional Ligurian “focacce”!
As "host" I am committed to my guests in to experience real emotions to discover this beautiful area as well as I live: INTENSE!

We decided to buy this property when I was pregnant of our daughter and we decided to move here from the town of Como. When she was 2 years old, we moved definitely in this little village of approx 300 people and we decided to open the guest house to share the beauty of this area suspended betweekn the green of the mountains and the blue of the lake!

We are in the upper part of the little village of Barni. Behind our house there is the forest and in the evening the deers come down to eat in the meadows near home. In the evening, guests like to eat and relax in the garden, turning on the fire in the vintage stove as, without lights outdoor, they can enjoy the beauty of the sky and the several stars. I live with my family on the first floor of the same house and it will be a pleasure to help you organize every detail for your stay. Consequently, the interaction with guests is very easy and daily! Respecting your privacy, if you ask me, I'll be happy to offer advice and suggestions helping you to better plan your vacation according to your interests and age of the component of the group. Having a child that attends the primary school, I know many routes suitable even for kids! At my house you will never be a stranger and you will feel at home!
