Dunes 107 is professionally managed by Sunset Properties.
You must be 25 years old to rent this condo.

This condo is on the ground floor only steps away from the swim thru pool, hot tub, fitness room and the grilling pavilion. All the amenities right at your feet including wireless internet. How convenient for your well deserved beach vacation. The condo itself will have all the comforts you expect on your vacation. The kitchen is well stocked. If you don’t have it, call and we’ll get it for you.

This condo sleeps 6.
· Master bedroom - King bed - Private bath
· 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed
· 3rd Bedroom - Twin beds

The master bedroom has a king bed for all that extra room that is required for a peaceful night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a queen bed with top of the line mattress. The third bedroom has twin beds for the kids. This condo sleeps 6. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. If you tire of sitting on the patio and enjoying the view of dolphins jumping in the Gulf of Mexico just beyond the white sandy beaches you drove so far to feel between your toes, then walk across the street to the Gulf Shores Marina. There you will be able to rent a jet sky, bicycle, pontoon boat or kayak. Feeling romantic? Book a sunset cruise. Want an adventure? Book a fishing trip for sharks. Tacky Jacks is our local restaurant which is located at the marina. Make sure you have a cold drink and enjoy the sunset from their decks. Life doesn’t get much better than that. The Dunes also has access to an outdoor pool, a swim thru pool and fitness center.

This property has paid parking. One parking pass is included in the price quote. If you would like to purchase the second parking pass please let us know.

Lovely condo convenient to beach and pool

The spacious unit was just what we needed for our family. Very comfortable and private with lots of room for all of us to enjoy a meal or just relaxing. The ground floor was perfect for unloading our luggage and beach stuff. Happy to have had the chance to stay here.

Beautiful Property

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. We were so impressed with everything in this beautiful condo. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were in from out of town for tournaments. I can’t think of anything bad to say. We enjoyed the time we got to spend together as a family in this beautiful town. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On our first trip to the Gulf Shores area, we knew that Gulf Shores would be too congested for our liking. We chose Ft. Morgan based on reviews that mentioned how quiet and secluded it was. We loved the area. The condo we chose was PERFECT. We traveled with two children and my mother-in-law so being on the ground floor right next to the pool was VERY important for us. Loading in and out was easy as well. Some people would prefer to be on a higher floor, but for us this was perfect. I appreciated the presence of security. The pool was quiet when it was supposed to be and Jeff would lock it when there was lightening in the area. There was never a problem with noise. If you choose the Dunes/Indies for your stay, be sure to hit the grocery store on the way in. We went to Publix and stocked up. The Sassy Bass has a market a few miles away and we were surprised to see VERY reasonable prices, but it's small so selection is, too. We ventured out to the Ft. Morgan historical site which is only 1 mile away. The kids (7, 11) LOVED it. Take bottled water and understand that it is an actual fort. People with severe physical limitations may not be able to navigate the terrain. The museum and gift shop, however, are nice and could be a destination for those in your party who can't walk the fort. The beach was nice. We got a kick out of the flip-flop "parking" on the boardwalk. We rented chairs and an umbrella from the Ike's representative...money well spent. Overall we really enjoyed our visit and hope to return.

Life is a beach!

My only complaint is a musty odor throughout, something that a strong candle covered. I would not rent this condo again, but was extremely pleased with Sunset a Properties and the reservation, checkim-in and check-out procedure. I especially appreciated their website!

Perfect for a Family Stay

Walk out near pool. Dislikes: Front bedrooms near busy walkway; noisy. Pets nearby; barking. Smokers nearby but we didn't smell any smoke inside the condo and that was wonderful! Didn't have a broom and we really needed a broom. Highly recommend this facility for travelers.

Family vacation destination

I loved the layout of the 3 bedroom, which was perfect for our 3 kids and ourselves. The decor was casual and fun..especially the kids' room. There was a slight musty odor in the front bedroom....which was my only disappointment. We would still stay there again though. The management company of the dunes is always delightful to work with.

May 20th thru 25th Vacation

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is beautiful. The staff was working hard while we were there to make it look even more appealing for the Memorial Day Weekend crowd. The location to the beach was perfect for us and the swimming pool was located right outside our door. I would recommend this unit to families with small children because there are no balconies or elevators to deal with and the pool is right out your back door. The inside of this property leaves a lot to be desired. The furniture is basically gross in the living room. I would not sit on it or let my kids sit on it without putting a blanket down first. The curtains in the living room are disgusting. It looks like something exploded all over them. The refrigerator has some sort of issue as well as the top shelf is always wet. The walls need a good scrub down as well. I just don't like walking into a place I paid good money for and feel like I need to clean before we can enjoy our vacation . I really think this place is nice and would try out another unit but not this one unless it gets a good overhaul.

This year it was not in very good condition, especially the living room furniture - very uncomfortable for two month stay. Still have a problem with the refrigerator after two years. We are seriously considering changing to a different unit nextt year but really enjoy the location of Unit 107. It is quiet and private.
