Wonderful apartment!

Tania was an excellent host and answered our calls and emails immediately. She gave us great directions to the apartment and personally let us in. She gave us restaurant and market suggestions as well. The apartment is a 10 minute walk over 2 bridges from the San Zaccaria waterbus boat stop. (San Zaccaria is about a 5 minute walk to San Marco.) It’s about an hour by water bus to the airport and very easy to use. The neighborhood is close enough to everything yet far enough to be quiet. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is very nice. It’s on the second floor (third floor for Americans) and has canal views from the bedrooms. As others have suggested, keeping the windows closed against mosquitoes is important, even in late October. I definitely recommend this apartment and Tania!

Amazing !!!! Look no further !

From the min we arrived at the airport and took a water taxi directly to our apartment we were in heaven . We’re a family of 5 and didn’t have to walk with all our luggage. The apartment is rich with history and very comfortable. And amazing location can’t say enough about our hostest Tania we didn’t want to leave!

JUST STAY HERE

At risk of losing out on further dates to stay at this wonderful property, I have to give it my VERY highest recommendation ! This apartment has everything one could wish for: a central location that is near everything--and yet is is very private and quiet! A responsive and wonderful owner in Tania who lives in the building, all the amenities you could ask for-all wrapped up in a charming, comfortable, and beautiful setting. I had lived in Italy for 2 1/2 years and my wife and I are frequent visitors. We were with our 10 year old granddaughter who absolutely loved this place!! I have already recommended it to friends! When we return to Venice we will be staying here!!

Great location! Plenty of room.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and roomy. Air conditioning was a plus, as the temps were in the 80's and evenings were still warm. Tania was also very helpful and always available.

Nice and quiet appartment

This is a really nice appartment, close to everything, ideal to visit Venecia during the day and come back to sleep quietly at night. Communication with the renter was very good. I don't give 5 stars cause the WIFI connection was not available when we were there. Perhaps next time.

Everything you need in a great location!

We loved staying at this Venice apartment and it was our group's favorite property of the four we stayed on our trip. The location was perfect. St. Mark's square was a quick walk, yet you were just beyond the busy tourist zone in a quiet neighborhood. The grocery store is right around the corner and the Vaparetto stop not far away. We also found the apartment big enough for our group of five as the table enlarges to seat eight if you need it, the rooms spacious and accomodating. Everything you needed was available, the rooms were dark and quiet at night and there was AC. We highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay here again.

Empfehlenswerte, weil günstig gelegene und saubere Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung.

Wir waren im Frühjahr 2016 zu viert für 6 Tage in Venedig. Meine Schwester und ich (beide um die 50), jeweils mit unseren jugendlichen Töchtern, konnten die Zeit genießen, da nicht nur das beschriebene Leistungsangebot und somit unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, sondern darüber hinaus auch eine vorzeitiger Check-In ermöglicht wurden. Lediglich eine etwas umfangreichere Ausstattung mit Besteck und Geschirrtüchern für vier Personen wäre als Verbesserungsvorschlag anzumerken, was nach der bisherigen Erfahrung, bei direkt vorgebrachter Kritik vermutlich umgehend, spätestens aber zum nächsten Besuch korrigiert worden wäre bzw. wird. Die komfortable Wohnung ist günstig gelegen, um Venedig auch zu Fuß zu erkunden, zumal nützliche Einrichtungen wie Läden für den täglichen Einkauf, sowie Restaurants usw., aber auch Bootshaltestellen, in der Nähe verfügbar sind. Leider wurden wir als deutsche Touristen an einigen Gondeln, Restaurants und Einkaufsläden relativ unfreundlich behandelt, allerdings gab es glücklicherweise Alternativen. So war z.B. in einer nahegelegenen COOP Filiale das Angebot besser und die Bedienung wesentlich freundlicher. Unabhängig davon sind diese Erfahrung aus dem Umfeld sicher nicht dem Vermieter zuzuschreiben. Ohnehin war die Betreuung sehr hilfreich, entgegenkommend und freundlich. Wir geben vier von fünf möglichen Sternen, um beim nächsten Mal auch die Berücksichtigung unseres Verbesserungsvorschlags zusätzlich berücksichtigen zu können, da wir dieses Objekt nicht nur selbst bei einem zukünftigen Besuch in Venedig buchen würden, sondern auch anderen Besuchern von Venedig empfehlen können. Fantastic compact apartment in Venice

Our family of 4 really loved this apartment - it was lovely and clean and tastefully decorated and our stay was comfortable. Location was great - not too far from St Marco Square but a bit away from the hustle and bustle. Would recommend this place to stay. Many thanks Tania and family.

Perfect location

the apartnent is perfectly located literally 5 minutes from St Marks Square and just a few moments more to the Rialto and the Academia.... If that's what you want to see. For us we wandered the streets if Venice stopping for Cicchetta and Soritz and searching out locals to speak to. Learning about the fascinating history and special architecture in back alleyways and hidden areas. The easily back to the sort meant which is on a lovely square. Quiet and removed from the masses tibia is sweet and lovely. We will be back

Wonderful spacious and clean apartment

The apartment was very spacious and located within 10 minutes of just about everything important there is to see in Venice. However, it's located in a beautiful mostly residential area with hardly any tourists, but yet so close to all the action. We found a local grocery store within 5 minutes and with the well-stocked kitchen we ended up cooking many meals in the apartment as well as having breakfast each day at home. We enjoyed the fabulous views of the canals from the windows and the quiet garden on which the building is located. We were promptly met by friendly Alessia who checked us in and gave us lots of details about the area. Tania's book of information in the apartment was also helpful and we enjoyed a few of her restaurant selections. We would love to come back! Grazie!

Rundum perfekt

Angefangen von der Abwicklung über das erste Treffen und der Wohnungsbesichtigung war alles perfekt. Die Gastgeberin Tania ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt keine 5 Minuten von der Wasserbushaltestelle Markusplatz entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und ist sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Es gibt ein wirklich großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein recht kleines Schlafzimmer mit zwei separaten Schlafsofas. Das Bad ist klein, ist aber alles vorhanden - natürlich Handtücher sowie Fön, Toilettenpapier und Seife. Die Wohnküche ist sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben jeden Abend gekocht. Wir durften sogar alles benutzen, was vorhanden war. Von Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Nudeln über Handtücher, Spülmittel und Geschirr-Reinigungstabs. Wir haben viele interessante Tipps von Tania für Ausflüge, einkaufen, shoppen und Infos, worauf man achten sollte, bekommen. Direkt um zwei Ecken gibt es auch einen großen Supermarkt. In die andere Richtung ist eine ganz lecker Eisdiele (auf dem direkten Weg vom Wasserbus zur Wohnung / mit Deutschkenntnissen ;-)). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in die Wohnung gehen, sollten wir noch mal nach Venedig kommen!!! Ganz herzlichen Dank

Un appartement de charme en bordure d'un canal

Une semaine de rêve dans cet apartement spatieux, clair et comfortable qui bénéficie d'une localisation très centrale, à la fois à proximité des principaux lieux touristiques et de quartiers plus calmes et authentiques de Venise. La décoration typiquement vénitienne est très soignée et l'appartement bien équipé. Jolie vue sur jardin et canal. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires ajoute à la magie du séjour. Nous y retournerons!

appartamento ristrutturato e centrale

Appartamento ristrutturato, luminoso, molto pulito, a due passi da P.zza San Marco con supermercato ben fornito molto vicino. In zona tranquilla. Attrezzatura da cucina completa e nuova.Materassi nuovi e confortevoli e sottolineo gli asciugamani di ottima qualità. Nulla da recriminare, piccolo neo la doccia con tenda riduce il livello di confort elevato che ha il resto dell'appartamento.
