Excellent modern apartment downtown Madrid

We loved the apartment in Malasaña neighborhood. Modern decor, 2 large bathrooms, confortable bed and sofa bed. We had a rental car and with EasyPark app was easy to pay parking at 9am from the apartment. Supermarkets and coffee shops within walking distance. Great communication to check-in and enter the house.

Excellent location and convenient stay

My family and I had a great stay at this VRBO. It was very conveniently located near multiple restaurants and major shopping areas, as well as metros/trains. This made it easy to get around and have delicious meals throughout our stay. The VRBO was clean and its staff had excellent communication! They kindly communicated with me in advance and frequently checked in on me and my family via WhatsApp. I have very minor complaints. In fact, I would simply suggest replacing the mattress for the pull out bed, fixing the shower handle in the first bathroom, and fixing the electronic key. They insisted on using the electronic key to access the building and apartment--leaving the manual key only for emergencies. However, the electronic key very rarely worked, even when on wifi. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and apartment. Stay was good overall, but a few improvements would have made it a great one. The couch was very dilapidated - the vinyl surface was disintegrating and little bits and pieces would be stuck on your pants every time you say down. The counter stools were also a bit defective. Pillows were flat and provided no support. Would be nice to provide kitchen hand cloths, paper towels and tissues in the unit (as well as extra rolls of toilet paper). Also, providing some simple instructions for the appliances would have been helpful - had to do a lot of googling to figure out the right settings. Another consideration for guests when planning - unlike a hotel, there is no ability to store luggage at the property after check out.

Excelente apartamento para conhecer Madrid.

O conforto, as comodidades, como 2 banheiros bons,cozinha completa , a localização, perto de tudo, local calmo sem barulhos. No geral gostei de tudo, continuem assim. Talvez melhorar o contato do cliente quando êle chega a Madrid, pois nosso celular não funcionava em Madrid e tivemos que pedir ao taxista para comunicar que já haviamos chegado.

Experiencia 10 puntos.

La ubicación del piso es formidable. La calidad del alojamiento, superior a la de un hotel de alta categoría. No faltan los detalles. Recomiendo este apartamento a quien busque un alojamiento para una estadía independiente en Madrid con la categoría de un hotel de 5 estrellas.
