Summer house for 6 people in Colonia de Sant Pere, in the North of Majorca, 300 meters away from the sea.
This single story house has a terrace with two sunbeds and it is ideal to enjoy the Majorcan sun. Since it is located within a residential area, there are direct neighbours.
Within the house you can find a living room where you can watch a film in the TV-sat or a DVD. During autumn nights you can build a warm fire in the wood stove. The dining area brights with a wooden rustic table where six people can enjoy having lunch and chatting. If you like cooking, there is a well equipped kitchen, including a vitro. The washing machine, the iron and the iron board can be found in one of the bathrooms.
It is ideal for 6 guests. There are two bedrooms with double bed and one with two single beds, all of them with closet, as well as two bathrooms with shower. One cot and a highchair are available on request.
Colonia de Sant Pere is an old fishing village located in the North of the island. It is a little jewel between the sea and the mountains, ideal for beach holidays as well as for sports like hiking and cycling. There are many beaches around the village like Cala Torta or Caló des Ermitans. In the village, you can find the nautic club with a restaurant, the seafront promenade with bars and more restaurants as well as a grocery shop. In Cala Ratjada and Can Picafort you will find nightlife in the summer, bigger supermarkets and a lot of leisure for adults and children.
Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
Only the ground floor can be used. The first floor of this accommodation is uninhabited and closed.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
