Plaza Santa Ana gem

This place had everything we needed. And it was right on the plaza Santa Ana! Two sets of French doors overlooking the square! We all loved it.The bars do let out at 3 am so be prepared for a burst of jollity. But my phone’s white noise machine covered it up nicely.

Excellent suite in a great neighborhood

Great place in the heart of Madrid. Comfortable unit with all you need. Clean and good amenities. Easy and quick responses from Madflats when needed. All communications were outside of VRBO. Some noise from the square but worth it for the views and location. Bring ear plugs just in case. Would be nice to have a couple of Nespresso pods to get started as it's not easy to find a market nearby. Lots of excellent restaurants, tapas bars and sherry bars. I wish we stayed longer!!

Great location but be prepared for late night noise

Great location and well kept property. Loved the amenities and cleanliness of the apartment. The square was a perfect place to enjoy tapas and dinner but be prepared for late night noise from late night patrons and people drinking. If we had known about the noise, we would have brought ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones. Also know that all communication is done outside the VRBO app in another system managed by MADFLATS so this is a bit confusing and an added step.

Overall, loved the property. Location was fantastic, despite our bad luck with the plaza getting re-paved which closed it for the first two days with noise during the day. They finished the work by our last day, and the vibe was fantastic! Super close to tons of great restaurants and Metro, easy walking distance to Retiro, La Latina, and several other great spots. One drawback, the place did not have bedsheets, only a mattress cover and blanket which is unusual and uncomfortable. Both the main bed and the pullout had no fitted or flat sheets, kinda funky. Mgmt did not respond to my request, guess they felt what they provided was adequate. Otherwise, this property would get a full 5 stars.

Appartement très agréable.

Appartement très bien situé. Dans un des plus agréables quartiers de Madrid. Seul regret, ne pas pouvoir laisser les valises dans un endroit pour profiter de la derniuyjournée.
