There is a flat screen television with Freeview and DVD player, also a selection of DVD's and games to enjoy.
Kitchen area
A beautifully fitted kitchen with ceramic sink with drainer and hot and cold mixer tap, also an induction hob and electric oven with grill. There is a microwave and integrated appliances including fridge, with icebox, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and the kitchen opens onto the garden room.
Dining area/ conservatory
A light and spacious room with exposed brick and flint wall, vaulted ceiling with recessed lighting. A great place to enjoy breakfast or a meal at the circular dining table with seating. Separate easy chair and french doors lead onto the sun terrace and raised garden area.

Master bedroom

Double/family room
The double/family room has a wrought iron double bed and side tables with lamps and an Ottoman at the base of the bed. There is also a raised bespoke single bed (approx 7ft in length x 2ft 6") ideal for adults or older children and has a separate side barrier, if required. There is a window to the rear which overlooks the garden and a porthole light and mirror.

Sutton Cottage is set back from the road and adjoins neighbouring Gardeners Cottage with a shared parking area, two spaces per cottage.
