This was exactly what we wanted for our 4 days in the area. Very accessible to all of the shopping that Santana Row/Valley Fair has to offer. The actual apartment was extremely tidy (almost too tidy for our 4 and 6 year olds). Spacious enough for the 4 of us with. The two beds! Very easy for us to grocery shop and have breakfast every morning. Enjoyed the washer/dryer as we very much needed to use! The host Anastasia was extremely thorough in providing access details upon arrival. She was also very much available for other check ins throughout the stay! This place is perfect for a small family needing a bit more space than a hotel room.

Everything was great. The loft is large and unless you don't know that a loft means an open floor plan, you will be happy.

Awesome family stay on Santana Row!

My family and I had such a great time during our stay on Sanata Row and the condo was a perfect base for seeing the sights in the Bay Area. Check-in process as well as parking in the secure garage was seamless and Anastasia was always available by txt or phone if needed. The condo was very comfortable; had everything we needed during our stay; and everyone loved the beautiful views of the mountains from the huge living room windows. Plenty of space to spread out or work from home as well. Would love to come back to this awesome condo the next time we’re in the Bay Area! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Better than advertised!

We wanted the Santana Row experience and got it. The home is perfect, well appointed with all you need to be comfortable for several days. Close proximity to shops and food. Very safe parking spot in the garage. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful during the stay and when we accidentally left something behind. Cannot recommend this home more.

Exceptional

Second stay here in July so I will skip the property review. The host, Anastasia, is awesome - she found a bracelet my daughter left, tracked me down (Anastasia reached out a second time after I missed the first email) and mailed it to us. While this is the guest experience we all hope for, it is not the experience we always get.

An enjoyable stay

I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to convey my sentiments. This is a beautiful home. Unlike a hotel, I was not confined to a 400 sf perimeter, but able to move about with ease. Let's start off with the top notes... It's cozy, comfortable, and right in the middle of pizazz. Anastasia was meticulous in providing every essential imaginable. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Great location and rental

This unit is very well-appointed, has plenty of space, and is in a very central area of San Jose. 4 of us stayed here and we enjoyed the fact that we were right in Santana Row (which is great for shopping and restaurants) as well as close to downtown San Jose and driving distance to all the Bay Area has to offer. The unit is quiet and clean, offers pretty much everything you could need (even a yoga mat, hair dryer, washer/dryer, etc). Parking is very close to the elevator which is nice. The only drawback was leaving the windows open. There is a restaurant below the unit so a lot of the employees are cleaning up, throwing things away or chatting on the back side of the restaurant which is where the window of the unit faces. It gets pretty noisy around closing time. We just kept the windows closed, but something to keep in mind. The unit owner is very communicative and constantly checked in with us to see if we were doing ok. She answered very quickly as well. Overall, we really had a great experience.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Communication and check in was excellent. The unit was very well set up and all details thought through. It was everything we wanted and needed. Santana Row can be noisy, but this unit faces away from the Main Street, and is very quiet. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Fabulous

This was the perfect house. Anastasia was kind enough to let us check in early after a long flight. It is the perfect location. Plenty to do shopping, restaurants, movies, Winchester Mystery House within walking distance. Space was wonderful. Anastasia was very responsive to any questions. Very clean and fresh. This will be our place to stay in San Jose. The kitchen was well stocked and we made breakfast every morning. The only improvement I could suggest is a toaster.

Beautiful home - great location

This rental is amazing! The decor is chic and I love the layout. The amenities are abundant (including iron, ironing board, steamer, hair dryer and more). The owner, Anastasia was very responsive and helpful with questions about the area. There are many good restaurants and shops within walking distance of the unit. I highly recommend this rental.

A Great place: convenient, clean, comfortable

We have had the pleasure of staying two times in this unit at Santana Row. The owner is so nice and accommodating and keeps the unit in beautiful condition. Perfect place to stay with family. Why would anyone want to stay in a hotel when this is available?
