Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. Loved being so close to the beach. One thing that would be helpful would be to have pot holders. I couldn’t find any.

Great Views

We had a wonderful time and the location couldn’t be better. A short staircase to the beach. The property managers were very communicative as well.

Great property! Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Only steps from the beach. On site property management personnel were extremely friendly and helpful.

Easy peasy

Absolutely adored watching the sunset from the couch, and taking a walk on the beach first thing in the morning. The beach chairs supplied were an awesome bonus!

Lovely condo. Lovely memories!

Waves Of Our Lives, #127, was clean, comfortable and well maintained. My husband and I will treasure the sunsets, walks on the beach, coffee while people watching and dinner at Fathoms Restaurant & Bar. Thank you sincerely.

We loved the place!

We only had a small issue… every dish we used we had to wash prior to using because there was old food on them. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect location

I would definitely stay again. Great location and beach access. I appreciated the fan in the bedroom as I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the window open on the ground floor. Great water pressure in the shower. Bed and couch were both comfortable. Only complaint was the noises from the unit above. Kiddos running back and forth ( no fault of the host).

Great stay overall

This property is clean, located right on the beach, stocked with everything you need, and just steps away from Kyllos. Staff were amazing and helpful. The ONLY thing that impacted my stay negatively was the noise of the unit next to me. The walls are very thin I think heavyset I heard everything and it kept me awake and I got very little sleep (which carting around a 3 year old I desperately need) Not sure if I’ll stay here again. It would be perfect if you had quiet neighbors but how can you know what you’re going to get?

Family weekend getaway

Location can’t be beat! Loved the view from the sliding door. Sat right outside to watch sunsets. Grabbed our beach chairs and sat all day in the sand. But so convenient to run up to use restroom or grab snacks! The hide a bed was great for the kids. But us adults loved having separate bathrooms of course! Good size fridge. Having a little vacuum was very convenient for any sand! Keyless entry was wonderful! Can’t wait to stay again! Perfect summer wkend in Oregon!

Not so comfy

Loved the Condo, but the living room couch is not comfortable at all. The chair was comfortable but we fought over who would get it for 5 days. Would not stay again, even though everything else was great.

New Year's Getaway

Love the Sea Gypsy!

We alternate which rooms we stay in, each year for my annual birthday trip. This year was Waves of Our Lives and it's a comfy room. The only improvements I can think of would be to install a dishwasher, and maybe add a recliner to the living room area.

Sand in our toes

Sea gypsy was a wonderful choice. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Perfect location close to everything and you can NOT beat the ocean view from your bedroom window. My ONLY complaint which was kind of a large one was we were there for Kite Festival which I highly recommend, however we found parking difficult in the parking lot because so many people were trying to get prime time access to the beach took parking spots for paying customers actually staying in the hotel. Signs are posted for Sea Gypsy renters only however there was no way to tell to have cars towed. I recommend giving the customers highly visible placards to place in their vehicles so other vehicles could be removed from the parking lot. I spent a LOT of money and to not have access to parking to my room was very frustrating. Besides that, I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

Oceanfront Condo

We have stayed at the Sea Gypsy for several year. Usually the rooms are super clean and nice. However, at our last stay we found one of the shower curtains was covered in mold and crusty crud.
