Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln bei unserem Aufenthalt. Wir bedanken uns eher für die Bereitstellung der Unterkunft. Wir würden sie weiter empfehlen und waren zur dritt dort untergebracht.

Pratique et proche

Habitation à l'etage pour 4 personnes maximum. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits. Parking a reserver à proximité. Juste a coté d'un arret de tram qui amene au centre d'Amsterdam ce qui est bien pratique. Proprietaire discret.

Authentic cozy nook

Really enjoyed this attic apartment. The host Ivo was communicative, friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He provided useful insider information that helped enhance our stay and save money. The unit is tastefully renovated and equipped for a family of two adults and two children. Four adults might find the space tight. Its proximity to a grocery store, reasonably-priced parking garage and transit to downtown were appropriated. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful cozy apartment!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful apartment! It was quiet and peaceful, and the air conditioning worked great in the summer heat. Our hosts were so kind and gracious. We highly recommend it!

Visited to see the city and a concert at the Arena

Easy to find and our wonderful host Ivo was there to greet us and give us plenty of info on where to eat and drink locally and how to get into central town via tram / bus. Apartment is v close to tram and bus line that takes you out to the Johan Cruijff stadium or the Ziggo Dome, the other way is straight into town. Ivo also told us about a great market that happens in the park opposite on the 3rd Sunday of each month. There were lots of artisan food and craft stalls in this lovely little park. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Was well equipped and the sofa bed was super comfy for my bad back. Will defo be back here the next time we are in Amsterdam

Nice small and silent flat closed to the tram.

Good for a small familie with one or two kids. Please consider that the second sleeping room is located in the main living room using a comfortable sofa. The flat is in the second floor and the stairs are very small. The owner is very friendly.

A perfect apartment for my favorite city.

This is one of my favorite neighborhoods. Our last host retired last year and we were at a loss. This place popped up like magic and made our trip wonderful. Perfect hosts and a lovely apartment. Really couldn’t ask for more.

très joli petit appartement , cela se trouve à létage par une entrée indépendant de la maison des propriétaires mais ils savent être discret et disponible si besoin. très facile de rejoindre le centre d 'amsterdam nous avons tout fait à pied mais nous sommes de bons marcheurs

Apartment ideal für Familien mit 2 Kindern

Wir waren mit dem kleinen, liebevoll eingerichteten Appartement sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück wurde vom Vermieter zubereitet, es war abwechslungsreich und Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt.In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt eine S-Bahn Haltestelle. Wer Lust hat kann sich bei Ivo Fahrräder leihen und damit Amsterdam erkunden.

Very friendly landlord, easy and quick communication, lovely apartment

That’s a small but lovely and special apartment! Maybe a little too less privacy if you’d like to stay there with 4 adults, but perfect for 2 people and okay for a family with 2 kids. The communication with the landlord was always easy, friendly and pretty quick. He was always available to respond or to help. Nice environment: parks, stores, restaurants, cafés… everything you need near by. But also quiet because the apartment isn’t at the main street, but close to it. We really enjoyed our trip to Amsterdam!

Situé dans une ruelle (calme), face à un parc où nous avons souvent pique-niqué et avec le tram qui emmène au cœur de la ville, nous avons apprécié l’aménagement de l’appartement (uniquement pour 4 personnes max) et sa décoration. Attention, escaliers très pentus comme souvent aux Pays Bas. Parking en extra au parking Vicky (TB- environ a 100 m). Parfait pour un week-end long.

Super Location für einen Kurztrip nach Amsterdam

Das Objekt ist chick, wie ein Loft eingerichtet.der Vermieter ist super nett und die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber. Für 4 Erwachsene ein wenig eng, aber für eine Familie mit Kindern bestimmt sehr geeignet. Lediglich das Fehlen einer kleinen Küchenzeile hat uns gehindert die volle Punktzahl von 5 Sternen zu geben.
