This apartment is all about the terrace and wonderful views across to the Torres Towers. Easy access to the old town and multitude of great bars and restaurants. Yes the climb up to the bedroom with its low ceiling can be challenging, but we’re 62 and managed it!! Loved our stay.

Excellent location

I was staying with my wife for the Valencia Marathon. This apartment was well located across from the old town. The terrace is a lovely feature and we enjoyed a coffee out there in the evening sunshine. Amazing views to enjoy as well as being able to watch local football games on the pitch in the park! Great communication at all stages from check in to check out. The stairs to the bedroom are steep for anyone with decreased mobility. Would recommend. Thanks

We loved it

We came to Valencia for 6 days and the apartment was great, super close to the old town, we enjoyed walking around in the city a lot. The view from the apartment is amazing and the neighbors were really nice as well. The place is not too big but for two people it's perfect, be careful when getting to the bedroom both of us got a nice souvenir bruise (the ceiling is very unforgiving XD). Would totally recommend and we might be back in a few years again:) Thank you Francesca<3

Great location, very clean but noisy

The appartment looks exacty like on the pictures and is very clean and bright. It has a dining table as well as a small table for a computer. The location is ideal for all kinds of activities: The historical center and the Turia parc are right in front of the building. Lots of busses nearby bring you to the center, beach and other touristic spots. The only critical point is the strong traffic noise which can also be heard on the 5th floor, especially the many motorbikes. So if you are sensitive to noise, don't forget to bring earplugs.

L'appartement est super bien placé, au bord du centre historique et a 2 pas des grands axes pour entrer et sortir de la ville...impeccable pour ne pas perdre de temps dans le trafic...des places de parking dans le quartierUne superbe vue depuis la terrasse sur l'une des portes d'entrée dans le centre historique.Appartement tres propre, calme, nous n'avons pris que le petit dejeuner mais il est entierement équipé pour dejeuner et/ou dîner Une petite boulangerie, en bon francais que nous sommes!!, se trouve à 3min à pied dans la rue a droite en sortant de l'appart...Merci à Claudia pour sa réactivité dans les échanges et a son ami qui nous a accueilli et aidé à monter les valises

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Valencia

Wir hatten die Wohnung für zehn Tage gebucht. Die Fotos für das Inserat entsprechen zu 100 %. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, aber ausreichend und auch an die kleine, steile Treppe in das nicht allzu hohe Schlafzimmer kann man sich gewöhnen (Vorsicht… Immer Kopf einziehen), Besonders die Terrasse bietet nach einem anstrengenden Tag die Möglichkeit, noch einmal zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Stadt zu genießen. Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr guten Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist optimal. Metro, Bus oder Straßenbahn sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. Auf jede Frage wurde superschnell, geantwortet. Wer Valencia genießen will, sollte hier auf jeden Fall seine Unterkunft wählen

Excellent choix

Très bel appartement, très propre et bien situé. La terrasse avec vue est très agréable. Toutefois la salle de bains est minuscule et l’escalier menant à la chambre est raide et étroit. Il y a aussi des épisodes d’odeurs désagréables émanant des drains de la plomberie. Malgré ces désagréments, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement.
