Spectacular views, spectacular place!

Was a lovely base for our hunter girl’s weekend away.Needs the PowerPoint fixed in ensuite,also instructions to the gas heater & stove top would help..Otherwise it was nice accommodation.

4 couples had a great time staying for the weekend at this property, the pictures on the website do not really show that it is big and comfortable and the verandah is the full length of the villa. There was plenty of room for all of us. The BBQ was used a lot. Our calls to answer minor queries were answered promptly. The view to the golf green was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Very happy with the holiday facility and the customer service

On arrival at the booked 3-bedroom villa, after receiving the entry code via text message as promised, my family and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the provisions of the property. It was spacious and most impressive of all, very clean upstairs and also downstairs. The kitchen was really well provisioned and helped the preparation of our meals so much easier. I must compliment the customer service that was rendered. The instructions given were clear and given out well on time and that made for a smooth and uncomplicated arrival and departure. Overall, we had a most enjoyable and relaxed couple of days' stay and would love to come back at some future time.

Not the best

We have stayed in various villas at Cypress Lakes over the years. This last villa was certainly the least of them all. Front door lock didn't work. Absolutely no basic provisions - take salt, pepper, olive oil, everything. No broom to sweep floor, everything locked away. Property is worn, as it was when first built, especially the furniture and drapes.

Great location, clean, Weekenda staff great.

Our villa was clean and well positioned, stunning views, great for bird and roo spotting, very central to Pokolbin wineries. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the golf. The Weekenda staff were truly great, there were a couple of queries/issues and were dealt with swiftly and professionally. This is a great spot for couples, golfers, even families if you don't mind stairs up to the bedrooms but we wouldn't stay here again simply because there was no outdoor area for the kids (8,5,4,1) to run around, apart from the balcony which is too limited for our four. Otherwise a great place to stay and reasonably priced, although bear in mind as this is a private villa you don't get use of the resort heated pool). Also, bed was on the firm side but we managed to sleep well enough (after a few wines)! (Oh and directions to villa need to be updated as it doesn't mention Merlot Terrace as actually being the name of the road the villa is on, there is no childcare centre and the villa definitely isnt the last villa on the right!)

the location, the unit and the comfort was superb. the a/c units need more maintenance and to wait until the guests arrive to start trying to repair them I suggested to obtain other types of heaters but no luck

Homely and convenient to everywhere.

The house had lovely homely touches and was extremely well located - especially for the concert. Quite expensive, unfortunately, but I assume that was because it was a concert night.

very nice place and perfect location

This townhouse was great for what we wanted as a group going away for the weekend. All the amenities needed and an ideal location for getting to Hope Estate.

Not happy that I initially booked a 3 bedrooms property, then was noticed the property was not avaliable in very short notice. I have no choice to choose a 2 bedrooms one. Don't know who fault was

Once was 'premium' but not now.

Beds and bathrooms fine, but drawers and wardrobe doors had seen better days. Oven did not work at all. Lots of paint chips on cupboards and edges gave a shabby look. Dishwasher drawer came off rollers. Doors onto balconies very hard to open. Mostly comfortable, but 'premium' is close to misrepresentation.

Great location in the Hunter, the area was quiet and the villa very clean. There were areas that were a bit tired but this is to be expected. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time at this accommodation, it was in a great location and very easy to access, stress free check in and check out which was very convenient. The balcony door in villa 710 needs to be fixed as it does not slide open easily. Other than that, a great stay.

Fantastic villa

We thouroughly enjoyed this villa and our stay. Right on the golf course and beautifully decorated and a superb kitchen with everything you could want. Very spacious and comfortable. We were 4 adults and 4 kids. It was perfect. We will certainly be coming back!
