このカスタム設計の2ベッドルーム、2バスルームのコンドミニアムには、完璧なブリッケンリッジでの休暇に必要なものがすべて揃っています。 広々としたユニットは1階にあり、レストラン、バー、ショッピング、スキーまで徒歩圏内です。 リビングルームには、大きなガス暖炉、快適な家具、フラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 キッチンには、花崗岩のカウンタートップと朝食バーに加えて、独立したフォーマルなダイニングエリアがあり、調理用に十分に用意されています。 2台分の敷地内駐車場が含まれており、コンドミニアムもバス路線のすぐ近くにあります。 複合施設には、ゲレンデで一日を過ごした後にリラックスできるホットタブがあります。 ペット禁止、禁煙です。

We are return guests to Ian's condo. We thoroughly enjoy staying here as the condo has all of the comforts of home and is a short walk to the slopes or downtown. Being on the first floor is also a plus. Highly recommend this condo for other travelers.

Family snowy vacation

Very spacious, clean, and comfortable place to stay within a walking distance to Main Street. We enjoyed the fireplace the most, especially during the cold nights. It felt like a home during our week stay.

Awesome, Cozy, and close to downtown!

We had a blast during our stay! The place was super cozy and welcoming - plus easy to find and park. Very close and walkable to downtown Breck. Definitely recommend staying here...we will be back.

Great Place!

My family and I go to Breckinridge every January and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The condo was clean, spacious and the location was exceptional! It is exactly as advertised, will definitely stay here again.

Great mountain condo

Great condo in a convenient location. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. Perfect rental for 2 couples looking to ski and enjoy downtown Breck.

Excellent accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo has everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Very comfortable furnishings and beds made for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is well stocked and made for easy meal preparation. The short walk to the slopes is an added bonus (bus transportation is available for non-walkers). We hope to stay here again in the future.

Very enjoyable stay

The property is just as described. The location is great, the check in/out process simple and the accomodations are great. Loved the rustic style, size was ideal for 4 people, and you were just a short walk from anything you needed. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place and central location

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The condo was, as described, close to town, directly on the shuttle route, clean, covert comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was friendly and communicated the check-in process well in advance of our stay.

Great stay

I've rented a lot of Vrbo and have to rate this one of the best on cleanliness and how well it was stocked. Great location. Only thing that keeps it from being perfect is the Stove could use some work and get rid of one table in the Master and add a king size bed instead of the queen. Highly recommend this stay.

Great time in Breckenridge

The place is in great condition, and extremely well appointed. We especially appreciated some small touches, such as humidifiers in both bedrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with staples for convenience. I would definitely stay here again

Cozy Two Bedroom

The condo had everything we needed. Two master bedrooms is great for two couples or friends. It was easy to get to the lifts via a nice walking path. And the kitchen had all the tools we needed to make a meal after each day of skiing.

Great ski condo

We really enjoyed the condo and would stay here again. Very friendly and responsive owner and property manager. A 5 minute walk to Charter Sports, very close to the Quicksilver lift, where we rented and stored our equipment. Also an easy walk to town. Only minor drawbacks were the gas fireplace not working and the sofa bed mattress could use replacing.

Cold weekend full of fun

2 couples in our group. The condo was perfect. Location was great for skiing, heading into downtown or as we had below freezing temps & major wind gusts, staying in & watching football & getting take out. Good Times Adventures for Dog Sledding was a blast for something other than skiing. The condo was super clean & has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again & recommend.

Breck Adult Family of 4 - March 2024

Property well suited for family of 4. Parents 50’s, 2 Daughters in mid 20’s. 2 of us skiers, Plenty to do in area for all. In addition to skiing, check out snowshoeing, bike tour with beer/distillery stops, and snowmobilling (45 min drive), Rare moose sighting. Micheal’s Italian excellent. Would return to this property. Great family trip.

Great winter escape

Richard was a great host. Condo was just as described. 5 min walk to the slopes and close to everything on main Street. Condo was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and W&D. Only thing i would note is that grill is not available for short term rentals. Richard thanks again for a great stay in breck! Would def love to stay again

Great condo! About a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street. Only downside was subfloor and neighbors above were quite noisy. Could hear just about everything! Overall great stay though!

Fantastic condo in an ideal location

I travelled all the way from Australia with my two teenage daughters and the condo surpassed expectations of what we saw online. It has such a warm and cozy ski-chalet feel and was super clean with all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need. The location is superb....just a 5-minute walk to the start of Main Street and a 6-minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift. The hot tub after a day of skiing was sensational. We loved it and would definitely book it again. 10 out of 10 for us.
