Nice clean well-stocked townhome. Can easily walk to the pool, the grocery store, and coffee shop/restaurants/shopping. Really pleasant large deck with a table and outdoor grill. Spacious closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, and parking.

Great stay and lovely property!

The condo was clean and well equipped. Check in process was seamless. We had one maintenance issue to arise, which the property manager dealt with very promptly. Extremely satisfied with our stay!

Great Family getaway!

This property was great for our family. The size of the unit, great location, wonderful sunset views every night. Evolve was very responsive with questions and issues as they arised. We've stayed at many of the other locations in the Mauna Lani and this one has been one of my favorites so far. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Location

Beautiful place, such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to just about everything (grocery, Mauna Lani beach club, black sand beach, hapuna, everything). Gorgeous interior with high end finishes, and we even got to see a sunset from the outdoor terrace. It was also quick and easy to get ahold of the property owner if we needed something. I would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice area with a community pools and gym. Unit has all the essentials. There were several issues but the management addressed them quickly within the same day. This unit has an excellent views with a sizable balcony with grill.

Everything you need

This large home had space for three families. Nice furnishings, ocean view from lanai. Ease of communication with Hosts. Bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with spices and essentials. Would stay again. The only negative was working with Evolve they were way too difficult

The best vacation!!

We had an absolutely amazing time. This home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed being here and will *definitely* be coming back! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, the bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are extremely spacious and the fun beach gear (chairs, noodles, umbrellas, bikes, coolers) made our beach days perfect. One of the biggest bonuses of this amazing home is the access to the private beach about 1 mile from the house. It’s perfect. There are lounge chairs, a *nice* bathroom steps away, a full bar (Mai Tais were incredible) and the clearest water to snorkel in. The bay is small but large enough for simple activities (floating, snorkeling, etc). The setting is gorgeous and serene. We loved spending time there. Overall, this was one of the best vacations and vacation homes we’ve stayed in. Thank you for taking such great care of this place for your guests. It is very much appreciated!

As pictured

the house, located in a gated community was exactly as pictured if not better. A bit away from beach, not within walking distance to any attraction, very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for the vacation where you want to get away from daily hustle. The whole house layout was perfect with kitchen and living room along with master bedroom upstairs. The patio was huge, unfortunately we didn't get to use it (I did try to light up the BBQ and could not make it to work). The only complaint I have is that at check-in I was not able to reach anybody listed as point of contact. I tried to call them because we were having a very hard time opening the garage door. Luckily, we were able to find the house and let us in. It was good that my reason to contact them was not an emergency. I would suggest them be a bit more specific with regards of how to get to the house.

Mauna Lani is awesome

We stayed here for a family vacation and my son proposed to his girlfriend, she said yes. The place had so much space and was well appointed. There were some light bulbs burned out. And some of the light/fan switches need to be repaired or replaced. This was a minor issue and we worked around it.. Hawaii is a special place and this location and all the amenities were perfect for this stay.

Family Trip

This condo is stunning. Very spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Pantry was pretty full so that was nice. View from the lanai is amazing and having our own grill was great. Location is a little further out but we loved the quiet and calm atmosphere in the evenings. Loved that the grocery store was around the corner. Beach club was a bonus! The owners left a sweet note with a bottle of wine as a welcome and it was a perfect touch. Can’t say enough about our wonderful experience. First time booking with VRBO and everything was perfect and easy!

Huge condo in a great location

You can’t beat the community and the place is very large. The property manager was extremely clear with the communication. A minor A/C breakdown was handled with incredible speed. Kitchen does have every pot and pan. Garage has lovely beach supplies like chairs and boogie boards and umbrellas. So nice. Cons: the ice maker instructions were several paragraphs. Just fix it at this price level. And the couches look like a chicken was molting all over and they hurt to sit on because of the feathers poking you. Slipcovers needed badly. A couple of Nonstick pans need to be replaced.

We loved this place!

Myself and my husband stayed here with our 5 kids and a plus one. It was beautiful, everything was perfect. There were beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, mats, and a cooler, perfect for our beach days. Make sure you check the kitchen before you go shopping, so many items were already stocked. They had cards and games, pretty much everything we needed. The oven takes a long time to pre heat. We did have to buy paper towels, baggies, saran wrap and foil. The beach that you have access to is a drive, it's not walking distance, the directions are a bit confusing. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Fantastic home base for family vacation!

We love the outdoor area! All the beds are incredibly comfortable. The master bath and the downstairs master bath are absolutely luxurious. Great walk-in closet! We appreciated having the bikes, beach mats, chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella for our use. Overall, an absolutely wonderful stay.

We Enjoyed Our Stay!

We had a nice stay. The place was beautifully furnished and roomy. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and having meals there. Plenty of seating. Bathrooms were very nice too. The pool was great! A few things need attention. I have summarized below: 1) There was only one trash can provided and we didn’t have room for extra trash; we tried to speak with property manager recycling of plastic and cans and there was nowhere to recycle. The written directions were inaccurate. We ended up putting extra bags of trash out with the weekly pick up. 2) Two light bulbs were out, one in the Master bath and one in downstairs bathroom. We called the manager and they were never replaced. 3) When we arrived, only 5 beach towels were there, but should have been 8. We called and they brought some extra by in the afternoon, but the person seemed to insinuate that they were there when the property was last cleaned and didn’t want to believe us; 3) The toilet paper holders had springs that didn’t work. I don’t want to sound too particular, but these issues seem like a basic fix. Thanks for a nice stay.

Great view and very comfortable

We highly recommend this unit. It has a nice view, the sunsets are gorgeous and there is an unexpected view of Hualalai to the south. It is very quiet at night. Everything worked well, the furniture was comfortable and the unit was very clean. Easy to do the contactless check in and out, and the property manager was very responsive to questions. We would love to stay here again when we get back to the Big Island.

We enjoyed staying at LAX’s house! The location is in the beautiful Mauna Lani resort with access to the private beach! House is exactly as showed in the picture. Our family of four each has our own space to work and do zoom school! We will definitely come back again!
