Nice condo with a great view of the pond and water feature was very relaxing. We had several issues in the beginning-missing lightbulbs, WiFi password was wrong in email and correct one was located but I had to call the owner to find that out, Keurig coffee maker was broken, and couldn’t get streaming to work on tv for a little bit. I did call the owner about that and literally never received a call back from him and that was only the first day there, so communication was not good on owners part. I did speak to him once about the Keurig and he informed me it was brand new and didn’t know it was broken because they hadn’t checked on the condo since last guest. We only brought coffee pods because that was what I saw in the photos, so we were out of luck with that but made due with opening them up and using them in the “backup” coffee maker. We thought that maybe we could just get coffee at the place on the property but we were informed and fyi..the coffee on property is only open June and July. We were not aware of that prior to booking. On the positive side, we love Hilton Head and we visit every year, this was our first time staying at this property though. We also loved seeing the resident gator on the property! As I mentioned being right by the pond and water feature was very nice, so we did enjoy that aspect of the property.
