There were some great things about our stay at this property. Those include great communication with the property owner, short walk to the beach and great location. However, you can tell that this is a remodel (cute) but lacks true cleanliness and essentials. The showers had mold in the handles (you can tell they were not replaced), the toilets are also old and don’t work well, and the second bedroom was very warm; we had to buy a fan. I also bought some lightbulbs since several lamps were missing them. We always enjoy HHI but unfortunately we will not stay at this location again.

Perfect condo for our Fall Break beach trip! Clean, nicely decorated, a great view, and a fantastic price! We will definitely come back next year.

Nice condo with a great view of the pond and water feature was very relaxing. We had several issues in the beginning-missing lightbulbs, WiFi password was wrong in email and correct one was located but I had to call the owner to find that out, Keurig coffee maker was broken, and couldn’t get streaming to work on tv for a little bit. I did call the owner about that and literally never received a call back from him and that was only the first day there, so communication was not good on owners part. I did speak to him once about the Keurig and he informed me it was brand new and didn’t know it was broken because they hadn’t checked on the condo since last guest. We only brought coffee pods because that was what I saw in the photos, so we were out of luck with that but made due with opening them up and using them in the “backup” coffee maker. We thought that maybe we could just get coffee at the place on the property but we were informed and fyi..the coffee on property is only open June and July. We were not aware of that prior to booking. On the positive side, we love Hilton Head and we visit every year, this was our first time staying at this property though. We also loved seeing the resident gator on the property! As I mentioned being right by the pond and water feature was very nice, so we did enjoy that aspect of the property.

Was very nice place. Had everything we needed. Great view of the pond, and its resident alligator. WiFi was ok but was slow, not great cell reception.

Perfect Beach Resort with Great Amenities

We loved the location and all of the amenities the resort had to offer. The Condo is within walking distance of the beach and pool. The onsite restaurants make it easy for a quick dinner. We traveled with a six year old and she loved the park at the resort, it’s the perfect area for kids. If you’re looking for a fun family friendly outing there is also putt putt and an arcade within walking distance of the resort (not on property). There is a nice shaded path all the way there. The owner was very easy to communicate with and getting an extra parking pass was a very simple process. The Condo itself was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and everything we needed. Overall I highly recommend this property if you’re traveling with kids but would also be nice for an adult getaway as well.

Great Stay

The property is a great place to stay and the location is perfect for everything in Hilton Head. The condo was clean and spacious. The property manager was great to deal with and even got us an early check-in. I will definitely book here again. The pool was nice and big and the beach proximity was good.

Sweet, Relaxing Getaway

It was very relaxing and quiet. The other guest were quiet The pool was very nice with food and bar and ice cream hut and the beach was right there by the pool. Extremely nice and would come back again.

HH beach and tennis

I really enjoyed staying in this cute condo. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. We had a bit of a problem with some flying bugs inside the condo. I’m not sure what they were exactly. Maybe no see ums. They may have been coming out of the drains?? The condo is right on a lagoon so it may be hard to avoid these little flies. I didn’t leave the sliding glass door open so I’m not sure how they were getting in. The view from the porch and the sliding glass door was just gorgeous! Overall I really enjoyed this condo.

Perfect experience

With the exception of the master bedroom tv not working (no fault of owner and out of his control) This quaint comfortable unit was perfect. Amenities were fantastic. Location fantastic. Overall enjoyed it. May be an annual trip.

We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful weather with our 3 young children. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler provided. A wagon was also available, but we had one already (there isn’t a ramp, which made us grateful we were on the bottom floor and only had a few stairs to carry all our things up and down). The beach was a bit of a walk (suggest driving closer if you have small children). The resort had a lot of fun activities planned for families. Our biggest complaint is that the floors appeared to not have been mopped in quite some time. With a new walker in our family it was very concerning how dirty the floor truly was. It would be nice to see an improvement in the quantity of silverware available. Be sure to check the dishwasher upon arrival if you can’t find items like scissors. Overall a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo and especially liked having the beach wagon for the short walk to the beach. We also liked that the condo was on the first floor and easily accessible. The owner was very responsive when I called with a question. The resort had a lot to offer and we plan to stay again.

Relaxing Vacation

The property was nicely furnished, short walking distance to the beach, quiet location. The property was a bit dirty for my OCD self (dusty lamps, dirt and debris between the fridge and the cabinets). Overall, I would recommend staying here.
