Lively Condo, great view, great location!

Peaceful, relaxing, everything you would want! Condo was super clean had everything we needed and the location was amazing and the views were spectacular. Definitely will be back when we visit the big island!

Kona Get Away

A well appointed home, which included all required amenities for a wonderful holiday. The communications were timely and concise with a seamless check-in / check-out process. The property was exactly as pictured, spotless clean and well prepared for guest arrival. Would definitely recommend, and would happily return for another stay.

Great views of the sunset.

The property is located on a golf course, near a shopping center. The shopping service has bus service, about a 10 min walk. Parking was easily available, and there were several pools at the condo complex.

Saubere,schöne Wohnung, check in unkompliziert, Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Strand Zubehör vorhanden. Restaurants in der Nähe und Supermärkte Abends auf dem Balkon den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen,morgens den Kaffee ,mit Blick auf das Meer,zu genießen, wir haben es geliebt. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

Well appointed

The unit was in a great location with a nice view of the water in the distance. The golfers and groundskeepers weren't any problem. It was very clean and close to a grocery and drug store as well as some restaurants. It was easy to find and a parking space could be found close by. The unit was equipped with all amenities, newer appliances and the cupboards were well stocked with condiments, spices, etc. The washer and dryer were new and worked great. I used them to do some laundry and to refresh the bathroom towels which tended to get mildewy. Only con for me was that with or without the AC, the ceiling fans could not be controlled manually. They were on motion censors. If you like airflow at night, it would be a problem unless you're a very restless sleeper!

Good place for family vacation in Western Big Island

This is a good place that is quite convenient for a small family. There is everything that could be needed in there: beach equipment, snorkeling masks, balls, games etc. Three TVs, well equipped kitchen, large fridge. Ventilators in each room + A/C system (although we have not used it once, wasn't that hot). Two dinner tables, one inside and one on the balcony, which offers a nice choice. The balcony is overlooking a golf course, so a good view, although not much ocean can be seen. Best beaches on the island are in the driving vicinity. Personally, we love and recommend Manini'Owali. Costco is ~15 min away. There is occasional traffic on the road north to Kona, which increases the trip by ~10-15 minutes. Overall, this is a nice place to come and have a family vacation, without having to worry about anything. Thanks for hosting us!

Golf course

This is a very nice condo. The managers, Georgia and Kenny, were very helpful and extremely nice. My only issue, not being a golfer and the back of the condo is on a golf course, was that the workers started mowing and lawn care between 5-6 a.m. That woke me every morning. Other than that, I would recommend this condo.

Fabulous

Exceeded our expectation. Wonderful view from deep patio that extends beyond living room and MBR. We've rented many vacation properties and this was the best equipped. There is one of everything. Kitchen is a joy. Spices, oils and basic food stuff. Quality dinnerware. Lots of cups plates so you don't have run dishwasher all the time. Lots of storage, games, movie, books. 3 good sized TVs. It was in the 90's and a/c was adequate. Fans. WI-Fi fine. Cheerful Hawaiian decor. Comfortable beds. Good grill right on patio with back-up canister. Easy access to parking. No stairs! Owner, Peter, was wonderful to work with; good communication from the start.

Great place to stay for a week!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was conveniently located, clean, fully equipped and well appointed. Loved the Lanai with a view for breakfast each morning. The BBQ was in great condition and allowed us many dinner dinner options, given the close proximity of some of the best seafood options we've ever seen at the local KTA grocery. Had the best sleep we've had in years - super comfy mattress! Pools were clean and convenient. Even the parking was convenient. We felt the Aloha spirit there and will return.

Well appointed, comfortable condo with amazing views

This was our 7th visit to country club villas and we liked this condo best of the five we have stayed in just because of the attention to details such as ac in both bedrooms and living room; extensive beach items to use including umbrella, chairs, etc; and excellent activity and info binder left by the owner. We also really appreciated how accommodating and pleasant the owner was in his welcoming email to us and in accommodating our rather late check out. Thank you for a great place to stay for our family of two ( mom and teenager). Oh and even the techno teen was very impressed with wifi speed! We can’t forget that!

A perfect place to stay (for so many reasons) while exploring the Big Island

What an awesome, clean and well stocked home base for our dream vacation. The view from the lovely lanai that greeted us our first morning there was glorious. It overlooks a golf course with an ocean view in the distance. Perfect!! There were birds of every kind, friendly geckos and the gentle sounds of palm trees blowing in the breeze. Sunsets were amazing and we even saw a brilliant rainbow. Beautiful!! We enjoyed the lanai very much and used the grill and the outside table several times. Mornings were especially awesome. Activity from the golf course was never an issue. Inside the condo was very clean and neat with lovely furniture in all the rooms. The master we used had two walls of patio doors with screens perfect for views and breezes. A bonus was the AC units which helped a lot since we were there in the hottest part of the year (we learned after arriving). AC made the sleeping just a bit easier. In cooler less humid temps I am sure the breezes would cool the whole place just as well. But we were happy to have that choice. The amenities were the cherry on top of our stay here. There were guide books, one published and one created by the owners, which we used for recommendations and suggestions. There were DVDs, cable, ceiling fans, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, tons of towels and even a beach towel. Speaking of beaches, the gear provided for our stay included an umbrella (a must), chairs, boogie boards, floating noodles, a mask & snorkel and we even noticed (but did not use) some baby equipment like a booster seat and play pen. All this went above and beyond! The kitchen was lovely. We did use it when we ate in about half the time. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, utensils and even coffee filters. (Check the fridge and cupboards before heading to the store.) This unit was also great because it was on an access with no stairs. Just walk right in from the parking lot. And did I mention the beautiful landscaping on the walk in with fragrant plumeria trees. Gorgeous! There were three pools on the premises. They are open until 10 pm so a nice way to unwind after a day of adventures. The location just south of busy Kona was great as it was away from the heavy traffic areas but an easy drive to "downtown" Kona. Grocery and other shopping close by, even walking distance. All inquiries were answered immediately by the owners or the property manager. We could not have been happier and highly recommend this condo!!

Wonderful condo, great pools, great owners!

Absolutely nothing to say but great things about our stay at Country Club Villas 215! The owner, Peter, was easy to deal with as were the Evolve staff and the contact for the condo in Kona. The check out process was minimal compared to other condos we've stayed in. Meant we had more time for a swim before we left! One thing I would have likes was a little green space for my kids to run around on. The condo backs onto a golf course, the gardens and pools are gorgeous, but there is no green space within the complex.

Nice, spacious two bedroom, two bath condo. Lovely few over the golf course and trees to the ocean. Amazing amenities. The condo is equipped with anything you might need. The owner, Peet, was very responsive to questions via email. He also has an on-island property manager. We didn’t need to work with her as there were no issues Overall a great condo and a great visit

Relaxing and chill vacation for a family of four

Peter and Lee Ann have a clean and spacious condo with a picturesque view of the golf course and the ocean. Our children loved the choice of 3 pools on the property when we were not out at the ocean or on day excursions. Kona is a very relaxing and laid back place with friendly, helpful service everywhere we went. Our condo experience was the same. Peter and Lee Ann provided everything we could need for our stay, including a detailed, tabbed binder to help those new to Kona hit the right spots in town and in their travels around the big island. The condo was the perfect place for our family and we would highly recommend it to other guests.

This Condo was lovely, had a perfect Lanai and view. The condo was close to beaches and Kona.

This home was well appointed with furnishings, I loved the bedding. The view was beautiful and it was quiet, you didn't even know you had neighbors. The pools were quiet as well and the condo was well stocked with pool towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrella etc. If you have children it would be perfect too, there are 3 pools. The kitchen was furnished appropriately with all the regular pots and pans, dishes, a few spices and some items in the fridge. My husband is disabled and it was easily accessible for him and the shower was perfect. The condo is close to beaches, the town of Kona, and there is a large shopping center within walking distance. Check-in and out was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home and stay again. Thank you for sharing your home! Dave & Kelly Kemper, Oregon
