I can't take care of issues like this if I don't hear from you while you are at the home. - I called the cleaner and he assured me that they vacuum under the cushions and deck between all guests. He went over and checked and there were a few crumbs under the cushions. The deck cushions were in the box and they were clean and there were no spider webs on the deck. - He did vacuum both areas to assure they were well cleaned. We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to provide guests with the 5-star service we are known for.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Our daily rate for a standard one-bed, one-bath unit is among the lowest in this resort.- Evolve here, we do our best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area and use a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year or holiday season. We strive to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservations. - Our unit is fully remodeled and spans 400 sq ft. The listing includes both the square footage and photos, allowing guests to assess whether the size meets their needs before booking.- In front of the bathroom sink, there is an empty drawer dedicated to storing toiletries. Additionally, there is space under the sink for storage if guests need it.- The bed is a standard queen bed without a footboard, designed to maximize space between the end of the bed and fully built-in drawers. We haven't encountered any issues with this setup, and it hasn't been a concern for any of our past guests.- We have two full-size, built-in closets in the bedroom. One is designated for our items, and the other is exclusively for guests, providing ample space with various empty hangers. Additionally, the bedroom contains a total of 12 built-in drawers in various sizes, all of which are available for guests to use.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
