The unit has an great amount of space and it was good for a family long weekend. However, it would benefit greatly from a handful of small things. Including providing instructions inside the unit for how to access Wi-Fi, a warning that if you open the windows humidity is going to set off the fire alarms. While there is a Keurig and a coffee maker there's no coffee provided, which typically when I stay in a short term rental I have come to expect that there's at minimum coffee and sweetener. And while the unit is super spacious, there are no added nice little things like throws or blankets to feel cozy on the couch. In the kitchen is mediocrely equipped. The pans are all warped.

I met four other girlfriends in Myrtle Beach for a long Columbus Day weekend and we loved the space that the condo had (number of bedrooms and bathrooms) and the fact that it was directly on the beach. Everything was clean and mostly in working order. The washing machine did not spin but we reported that when we left. There were a couple of other minor problems that we figured the last travelers just didn't report when they left.The main complaint is that communication with the host is not always easy. Sometimes I got immediate responses and several times I did not. The condo is supposed to come with three parking permits but we had four cars. When we arrived there were only two parking permits in the condo but they did immediately bring us the third one. There is just not a parking place that's easily available to overflow travelers. There were lots of empty parking places available while we were although more cars were there when we left on Monday morning. We did enjoy our stay there and would stay again.

We are 3 senior couples that enjoy traveling together. This condo is perfect for us. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room has ample seating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we need. We are already looking forward to next year.

I have vacationed at dozens of beach condos over the years and this one was certainly sub par. The couch recliner is broken. The rocking mechanism of the rocking chair in the master is broken. The beds are extremely stiff and unusually loud with every turn. There was trash present in one of the bedrooms upon our arrival. A comforter had clearly not been laundered between guests, as it was soiled with a white substance upon arrival. The corners of the area rug in the living room are curled up, causing a major fall risk. For safety concerns, my husband rolled up the rug and put it aside for the week. The washing machine is broken. It does not drain water properly. We had to wring out our clothes by hand and ended up bringing loads of dirty clothes back home due to the taxing ordeal of trying to launder them there. I called to report these issues and the lady said she would relay the info to the manager, but that these issues would not be considered as hindrances of the stay. She also wanted to throw it back on me saying I should have reported it sooner. The washing machine debacle occurred on our last full day there. I wasn’t about to call at that point and have maintenance workers coming in and out of the condo on our last day of vacation. She said if the manager found these to be major issues, she would contact me. Guess what…no returned call from the manager. This unit is in major need of attention. These issues were indeed problematic and resulted in a substandard stay.

View can’t be beat!

Well appointed unit with more than enough space for 4 of us to spread out and not feel like sardines. View is amazing and we saw dolphins from the balcony many mornings!

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a wonderful condo in a great location! Loved our stay and hope to return again. The layout of the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our family. Beautiful view from the living room and balcony. BIG screen TV was a big hit for those not going out everyday to the beach. Definitely would stay there again.

Exactly as described!

Lovely spacious unit. Clean and all the amenities you need. Couple of maintenance issues (bedroom drawer malfunction and coffee maker quit on us) but both were dealt with very promptly after call to the hosts. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Large Condo in a great location

This is a great 3 bed, 3-bath condo in a great location for beach, walking, and pool. The unit is clean, and the pictures do represent what to expect. Eating and drinking establishments are a few blocks inland.

Beautiful

Overall beautiful condo. Amazing view. Small mildew spots in the master bath and the barh tub jets werent used for a while and blew dirt out when turned on

Condo as pictured in brochures

Everything was as it should have been only one problem with the corner of the carpet as you go to balcony was curled up. Trip hazard we taped it down. All utensils you would need except cheese cutter(used dental floss to cut velveeta cheese)
