New sleeper sofa.
Our condo has quick and easy access to the beach and pool.

We will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. Extra disinfection will be used on items such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, remote control, etc... Towels and bedding are washed in HOT water between stays.

If you need additional room, we own the condo next door (A225).

Our condo is ocean front across the front of the "A" building. It is very close to the pool and beach! Go to the photos to see the awesome ocean view!

Living Area- Queen size sleeper sofa, 55" smart television. Stream Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, You Tube. Ceiling fan, Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Stove.

Washers/Dryers are on our floor- down the hall about 100 feet on the left.
6 new Pickle ball courts- no charge to play. Bring your paddles and balls.

Strict resort rules - NO pets or emotional support animals for short term renters. Violators will be charged.
Maximum Guest 4 per condo. Because of the condo being 540 sf, we recommend no more than 4 people.

This is our second year staying here and once again tge stay was fabulous. The condo is always clean and well furnished. The hosts always respond to any messages very quickly. The grounds are quiet and clean with security. Parking is adequate with the beach just a short walk away. We are already planning next years stay.

This was our first time to Hilton Head. The unit is in a great location close to the pool and beach! We also enjoyed the view sitting on the balcony drinking coffee each morning watching the sunrise. Also enjoyed see the Buck Moon rising over the ocean. Great place we would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect family spot

Stayed for a week with 2 children, 2 y.o. and 5 y.o. They loved the pools! We loved the easy access to beach. The restaurants in the resort were great too. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. Thanks so much!

Birthday trip

Traveled with my husband and kids, got in really late due to the flight but had no difficulties find the place or settling in. The sunrise out the balcony was the reason we booked this place and it didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed pickle ball 2 of the days but unfortunately there was a tournament on Saturday and Sunday and we were able to play. The place was very clean/updated. Easy communication. Easy walk to the pristine beach. Close to restaurants and mini golf, great trails to walk and bike on. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants relaxation with a view.

Perfect for our fall getaway!

Our condo was perfect for my husband and I to do a fall getaway! Loved having breakfast on the balcony each morning with a peaceful view of ocean. The beach area for the condo was so nice and relaxing as it wasn’t very busy in the off season. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. The workers at the resort were very friendly. Lori was kind and very helpful communicating with us for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!
