Welcome to Puntas Rincon Villa 303, where you can escape to your own island oasis! This two-bedroom villa boasts stunning ocean and mountain views from its balcony and private rooftop terrace. Relax in the open-air living room with A/C, or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The property also includes a communal infinity swimming pool, assigned parking spot, and WiFi.

Beach lovers will be thrilled to know that Puntas Rincon Villa 303 is just a short walk from the beach, as well as bars and restaurants. You can also enjoy activities such as surfing, paddleboarding, horseback riding, scuba diving, and more. Every Sunday, visit the Farmer`s Market, and make sure to attend the Artwalk every Thursday.

This property is equipped with a generator to ensure your comfort in case of a power outage. You`ll have peace of mind knowing you`ll have uninterrupted electricity whenever needed.

During your stay, you`ll have full access to the pool area, laundry facilities, and assigned parking spot. Need assistance? Your host is just a phone call or message away.

Please keep in mind that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve them promptly, but please note that there is no staff living on-site 24/7.

We highly recommend renting a car so you can explore all that Rincon has to offer. Please note that bathroom toiletries are not included, so please bring your own.

Amazing pool, all the amenities, great location!

We loved the spacious property with a beautiful pool and amazing views, located in a quaint neighborhood. All essentials were provided including beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, plenty of beach towels. Great location nearby restaurant/bars, quick drive to downtown Rincon for shopping and many beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and View

This location was perfect if you want to walk to the beach and restaurants/bars! Unit had what we needed to be comfortable but a little dated with furniture etc. We enjoyed our stay and the view from the balcony.

The view!

Had a great weeks stay in this apartment! It was as advertised. Loved the large balcony and rooftop terrace. Kitchen well equipped if you are planning any cooking but close enough to lots of walking eating choices. Be advised since the view is great, it is on a rather steep hill.

I would not return and cannot recommend. View and location great. But attention to details can either make or break a VRBO stay. Unfortunately management has overlooked many necessary details. I've outlined suggestions directly to management and I hope they will make some improvements.

Amazing view! Good price. Clean & comfortable

This rental is clean and affordable. Could definitely use some updates like a shelf in the shower to put shampoo, soap, etc, newer furniture in the living room. More seating on the rooftop and hooks to hang towels. Beds were older but comfortable and bedding was new. The front bedroom has no dresser and the closet doors don’t open easily. If you like soft TP, bring your own and be sure to grab paper towels when you get groceries. Kitchen was well stocked with nice pans to cook on and a few non perishable spices and condiments. Dishes are all plastic except for coffee mugs. Coffee maker worked perfectly & plenty of supplies in kitchen. The view from the balcony is GORGEOUS but the private rooftop is mostly empty. Having coffee overlooking the ocean each morning was awesome. Lots of steps to the walk to beach and there’s a convenience store close by. Jennifer was readily available and resolved any issue quickly and offered great suggestions for local food and activities. Property is very clean and well maintained. Driveway leading up is VERY STEEP but not unusual for the area. Too cold to swim in the pool in November but really lovely pool setting. We enjoyed our first visit to PR & this rental was a good choice. Every single meal we ate was delicious and every person was kind. Viva Rincon!

Beautiful little villa!

Apartment was clean, air conditioning was very good, full amenities like kitchen, bathroom, easy access to pool and beautiful view on the balcony with a hammock! Jennifer was extremely nice and very communicative during our entire stay and her response time was almost always immediate whenever we had any questions! Felt very homey for a long weekend in Rincon! Area was quiet with everything within a 10-15 minute drive!
