There is even a daybed tucked into a roomy nook with French doors for privacy. The living room has a full sleeper sofa and love seat facing a flat screen tv with DVD player and a gas fireplace for use September through June. The fireplace insert is cool to the touch, so it’s safe for children and dogs. The bath boasts lovely wainscoting and a tub/shower combination. There is a primary bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a set of twin beds. This single story cottage has an abundance of recent improvements inside and out. At the top of the list would be the 20’ x 22’ deck with gas grill and an awning to lounge or dine in sun or shade. The outdoor dining table seats eight and there are large, comfortable couches, chairs, and ottomans on the deck for guests to enjoy. The deck overlooks a patio with fire pit and Adirondack chairs, fenced in yard, and a tidal river that winds to the sound. On the other side is Seaview Park, a great spot for kids!
