Disney Magic

Our stay in this unit was very nice and more than meet our expectations. I needed a unit with enough beds to fit a group of 10 and this unit did not disappoint. Would rent again and recommend.

Great location / size

The townhome itself was beautiful and the location was great! We were disappointed to find out the amenities were not all available until after we had booked. The townhouse overall was clean minus a few minor things. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location- good stay

House was big and useful for the amount of people we had. House was clean but I wouldn’t say spotless.You can see the wear and tear from the uses. Holes in walls, ripped pillows, loose fixtures, creaky tub in one of the rooms. However this doesn’t make it dingy or less appealing. We found wrappers in the themed rooms fromPrevious guests and there were handprints on tvs and mirrors. The fake plants around the house were nice for decor but extremely dusty.Placemats on dining table had crumbs left. Bathroom outside by the pool was a nice touch. Location is nice and well manicured. Would stay again.

Family vacation

The house was beautiful and located in a great area really close to all the attractions. The only issue we had as others stated was the wifi was TERRIBLE and at times my kids were unable to connect to even watch tv! The pool was also dirty and cloudy! Other than that we had a great nice time

Beautiful house, just make sure you read reviews

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay. It was a great location for our day trips checking out around Florida and also allowed us relaxing days at the pool. Some of the amenities advertised were not open or available. Per the many reviews you DO NOT have tv or WiFi. We hot-spotted our phones but we knew this based on reviews and our welcome email, this has been an on going issue dating back to 2022. So we don’t understand why it has not been fixed yet. We have no complaints and would stay here again, despite the one small inconvenience.

Not the Purple House

Paid for a late checkout a month in advance, took away last minute. House was not sanitzed. Straight as long as you didnt look up. Not enough trash disposal for amount of people house sleeps. No personal contact with anyone. Would not recommend or stay again

Very beautiful place

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and clean. The amenities on site were amazing, especially the community pool! Check in and check out was easy and there was plenty of parking in front of the condo. There were two things that made me dock a star: the wifi wasn’t great. In fact, we hardly made calls inside the property. It was alright, but had any of us needed to work on the trip there wouldn’t be much of a way to. And the second was that they didn’t leave any cleaning supplies. There was 1 extra trash bag, a very small bottle of dish liquid, one very cheap toilet paper roll in each bathroom, and there wasn’t even salt and pepper in the shakers. We had to buy *everything* the day after we got there, tired from travel. That part was okay, but unexpected up until the day before check in. BUT all in all, we enjoyed the spot and would stay again.

Beautiful home

House was as pictured. My son loved the Star Wars room, and there was plenty of space for our family of 11. Good location 30-40 mins from most Orlando attractions. WiFi is terrible but not at the fault of the property manager. There were 2 outages in the community and when it was working signal was weak so if you plan to do any computer work think again. They do provide the bare minimum in toiletries 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom,1 roll paper towels, 1 extra trash bag. Which was ok there's a grocery store about 3 miles up the road. Few suggestions cleaning crew should check all remote batteries weekly, check serving utensils often for replacement there was a broke spatula, and they should provide 1 trash bag for each day of your stay. No general store on property as stated, arcade was a shuffle board games and 2 Wii consoles. Community pool was excellent and free mini golf. Our family enjoyed this home and would stay again.

This is the second stay at this property and we love the home. However, this time around there was a few things you should know as the property owner. The lock to the sliding door to the pool did not close and we were a little concern being we couldn't lock the door. The house was not cleaned properly, we found food underneath the bed on the first floor and hair on the towels. I notice the door code is the same one as we received last year. Does the code every get changed every time there's a new family staying at the home? That had us super unconfirmable. There is a stain on the comforter on the queen bed upstairs. And lastly it was really hot on the king bedroom downstairs. I just wanted you to be aware in case you didn't know. But we really do love the home and will return back.

Mixed Feelings

Though the property was beautiful, comfortable bedding, spacious town house. The Wifi/internet is terrible! Upon arival/first night the dinosaur of an internet box was not plugged in. Plugged in and worked for the night. When we woke that morning the internet was out. The number to call for the internet was no help. No one ever answered the phone the 10 times I've called. I had to contact a VRBO agent for her to contact HOA, only for them to tell her that the internet in the area was out. SO just imagine 4 kids ages 5 to 13 no tv, no internet and no service downstairs unless outside for 3 days.Thank God for this being in Florida. There were also sweat ants (Small black ants) on the dining table, and in the windowsill of the upstairs twin blue bedding room. We would stay again if these issues were fixed. Especially the internet!

Poor Communication and erroneous fee charge

Overall it was a great property but a poor choice in management company. During the trip i received an email stating that I was to be charged for something being added to the pool. It took hours to finally speak to someone and provide proof that nothing had been added to the pool by my travelling party. The wifi was completely inadequate to provide for the streaming services offered on the installed televisions and caused problems when guest utilized more than one television at a time. Finally three days after checking out of the property the management company charged me $60 and sent me a "damage" report. What was the supposed damage? Three trash bags, three pizza boxes, and three small cardboard boxes were left at the trash collection point. The pizza boxes and cardboard boxes( diaper box, chip box, and empty snack box) were apparently worth $60? There was not one item damaged in the house and honestly it feels like the management company was trying to find some erroneous fee to charge after the fact. On top of that they wanted to claim loose trash in a receptacle that was there when we checked in was our doing. Never have I experienced a lack of communication from a "professional" management company. Enjoy your extra $60 because that is the last penny you will receive from my family.

Disney vacation with grandkids

We took our family on our grandkids first trip to Disney. The house was very nice. Easy to get in and out of. Good location. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and whatever we needed.

Clean but

The check in process was smooth, the email provided had the right information of the property address as well as the code to enter the house. The house has plenty of space and was cleaned for our stay. However, there was quite a good amount of worms in the pool area and some will make their way into the house from time to time. We also saw a black snake in front of the property which we informed the HOA ground maintenance team at the property, there’s a sign about wild life in the area so I guess that was not uncommon; we were just uncomfortable with the young ones playing outside. communication with the management company was not the best. We stayed for 5 days and we had no WiFi. We called as we had planned to do a bit of work in the morning and although we got someone on the phone who vowed to resolve our issues, there was no resolution for our entire stay. We couldn’t use our computers or the TVs during the entire stay, you can Imagine how difficult that was. So if WiFi is important, I wouldn’t recommend this property. However if your goal is just to have place to stay to go to the park, this property is laid out quite nicely and provided ample space for everyone; our family of 9 had plenty of space. I would not stay again.

Just as pictured

I loved this property. Decor was beautiful and the Disney touches were perfect! The only negatives I would have are that they sliding doors are so hard to lock and the curtains over the sliding door are not big enough to provide privacy. Loved everything else though

Overall the house and check in process was good. The location was good. However, in regards to communication it was and has been a challenge to get a phone call to discuss situations with the property. In regards to the cleanliness, a half eaten cookie was found near the sofa and a partially eaten cupcake was found upstairs. Also the vents were caked with dust and the cupboards above the microwave were caked with grease. Other than these issues, the house was fine
